Walmart Supercenter, Honesdale PA

This Walmart is very clean and the stuff is neat and in order. Your staff are awesome especially the ones the one that was dressed up like a elf. She made the kids so happy. That’s what I call customer service.

Compared to some of the other Walmarts this one is by far the best. Shelves stocked registers are open while other Walmarts are not. And they even take cash at the self checkout something that the poor excuse for a Walmart in Mt Pocono does not do.

Well, as Walmart goes. The normal long wait for assistance, first time EVER disappointed with photo shop. Printed up a book for me for a gift, completely horrible. 90%of pictures tiny, one on a page or more, pictures had heads cut off, or completely offset.
I had help for over an hour picking out and centering picture's and which to put on a page
It was gross and will be returned.

Couldn't get someone to come cut fabric for a half hour. Put it down and left. Also, the phone just rings off the hook for over ten minutes and still no one answers. They just don't answer it. Bathrooms are generally nasty.

It's a Walmart. This one is less busy than most but I found that out because they were four hours late picking my order and I had to cancel the order and go inside to buy the things a second time. It took less than two minutes to find everything, and that was my first time in the store. So, not bad but don't trust the employees to get anything done timely or correctly.

Shopping at Walmart shopping mart was all right it had the things that I need it and the stuff that I wanted I got there and it was really wonderful to take my first in tour into Walmart store

This walmart has been my go to Walmart for everyday necessities for years.always well stocked and wide selections avaliable with superior customer service.

Standard Walmart but well stocked which is a big change from the my previous local Super Center. Plenty of registers too which means less lines and a faster shopping trip. The pharmacy is well informed and helpful as well.

Good service and quality products, the organization of the bath and beauty products is a bit confusing besides that it's all good

As long as they don't start refuses cash altogether, we like Walmart. This one is clean, neat, people are mostly nice/knowledgeable.

I needed to use one of the scooters, it said 95%. Got in the craft section and it died. I was in excruciating pain trying to get back out.

Very clean store, very impressive. Seasonal section looked well kept and put together. We went to buy a toy for a gift, the shelves seemed a little bear but we found something.

Clean and nice. Floor staff friendly and helpful. Downside was there were no checkers. I do not work for Walmart and so will not use self checkout. They need to have more checkers available to service the customers.

Could better on in-stock on outdoor tools and items. Forget this Walmart if you plan on shopping thier waited 25 mims for a jewelry associate to help me! Than finally a coach arrived with 2 other associates after all 3 were doing reshops! Your coach or shift mgr needs to learn on how to run her store! Ill never shop in this store again ever! An I'm ashamed cause I worked for Walmart 22 yrs an never was taught how to do my job I cared about my everyday customers ' but I see how the company has changed!

Some bare shelves and they were selling damaged boxes of pancake mix. But overall, clean, friendly and had what we wanted.

Inventory is always spotty. If you have 40 things on your grocery list, expect to find 15 of them out of stock. Pathetic. Called to talk with manager. Was like talking to a door knob.

So sick of there being no registers open. NY requires you to bring your own bags or pay Walmart for paper ones. Come on Walmart you make billions of dollars every year, but the customer has to do everything. Sad thing is in our area you don't have much choice. You stand in long lines of self check outs because humans aren't on register. So fed up with Walmart.

People in pharmacy are very nice especially Alex I still don't know how he remembers People's names like he does n I was 1 min late n 2 workers were leaving n took care me

They do not have the shelves stocked enough and not enough cashiers when they are busy long lines etc. I will not use self check they expect me to pay the high prices for groceries and then bag my groceries! They also do not consider elderly people who don't need large portions of of products.
