Walmart Supercenter, Pittsburgh PA

Bought a StraightTalk prepaid SIM card. Neither of the 3 options active including via the call-in number. Walmart verified this failure and refused to refund it.

I called to corporate office and talked with George thats all he would give me he was so unhelpful and trying to make me more upset. If this is what yall about now back growing up in Arkansas with the Waltons the grand father would have been sick. Yes Sam i grew up around the Waltons. I pray to God the fall of all Walmarts.

Wonderful place to explore and great excercise. It's a bit of a hike back up from the bottom and not something to undertake right before you start work like we did. We got a full on workout running back to the car to make it to work on time:)

Every time I shop here (for groceries) weather it's pick up, delivery, or in store they never have majority of the stuff I need! They literally run out of everything. I've managed a store and I honestly think they need a better ordering system because i alone am about tired of this.

O yeah this place is huge and I haven't even been all over the Robinson Town Center. Wally is the spot.

Having to show a receipt after spending over $200 because a comforter would not fit in a bag is a joke. Plus the prices are all screwed up, the hangers I thought were $2.15 were double the price when checking out, not worth fighting it when wanting to get home and setting up a new place.

Was smaller than what im use to had less of selection to pick from. Short on staff we had to wait few for associate to come back at the sporting goods department help us.

Super long holding time, but but but! Holiday scheduling & staffing can effect lengths of service. Nonetheless I understand.

I did a pick-up from an online order and the associates did hustle! Busy day, lots of traffic.even with the rain! Good experience.

THE BEST. Truly heartfelt, simply walking out of a Walmart door. This was a MOMENT like none other! I can't find the right words to explain how wonderful, yet simply genuine and so innocent a comment can be! I have to post this because I can't stop thinking about how FANTASTIC this experience was today! I am exiting Walmart since I finished a quick jaunt in. As I am exiting the store, I see a father and his 2 kids heading in to Walmart, via the EXIT door. As the Dad is entering with 1 of his kids, the father calls the young boy by name (which I wish I could recall, because this was SO EXCELLENT) and says Where Are You? As I glance over to the other door, the young boy says "Dad I am going in THIS door because it says IN! " I will forever smile as I know this young boy may have planted a seed with his father to please start using the IN door to enter, and OUT/EXIT door when leaving. I had to go up and take the pictures of the IN door and post this.

The service manager tells me you're not going to refund funds for tires I had just purchased a few days ago. I spent $200 when two tires out of panic when I saw snow flurries the car was driven 50 miles the next day I saw a deal for four tires for the price versus the money I just spent at $200. SMH. It would be fair to say I paid for installation and balancing for those tires and I can understand that money does not come back but the price of the tire itself should have been refunded it has a 90-day warranty and road hazard for limited lifetime and to be told that you're not going to refund my money, oh that is a mistake to tell any customer. LOL right now at today's date November 21st I got my four tires from Pep boys the size I need it for my vehicle for $150 for all four out the door without balancing or install I opted to have them installed and it cost me $250. There's also a Black Friday sale that is going to be off the chain go to Pep boys and start reserving your space for install.

Gets crowded esp around 5 also have to avoid granny's and their carts zooming dawn da aisle.

Theyre like mcdonalds they they never get it right, from their pick up to in store. I now shp alternative places.
