Walmart Supercenter, Norristown PA

What can I really say about Walmart? For one thing, this one is a supercenter, so you should be able to find what you are looking for. It's also an interesting place to watch some people for sure. As far as the shopping experience is concerned, Walmart pricing is generally good. If you can stick to the store-bland merchandise, you will save some money.

I usually do my online shopping with them but lately I have not had a good experience. Either more than half of my order never arrives or the driver decides to steal the order. I'm then left to call the driver (if he's provided a number) or call Walmart for an explanation. 10/10 times you have to be reimbursed your money because they will not put in the order again for what you are missing! #WASTEDTIME!

Either the employees stealing Walmart delivery items or the delivery drivers. I’m missing about 4 items but it said it was in stock and paid for. This not this first time. 1 star for you& my last time ordering online

What is with the inventory online not matching the store? Nothing like driving there only to find they are out of stock. Literally all of the time. Maybe the money you are saving from having people self checkout, you can reinvest into inventory control…

Huge store, excellent selection, bad customer service. The store is huge and it more than likely will have whatever you're looking for there. The main issue with this location is the employees. They just don't seem happy to be doing their jobs. Two of the employees are what saved this location from getting one star; a sister that was working the door and first and foremost a brother that was buffing the floors. I stopped him in the middle of what he was doing to ask him where to find a certain item. He stopped the machine, turned to me with a smile on his face, and literally pointed out in detail where I needed to go in the store.

Again, if it were not for those two (especially the brother) this store would be getting one star from me.

They only care that you spend your money but make it difficult to leave in a timely manner. The registers are never open and then you get interrogated on your way out.

As with any walmart, 2 actual lines open and a line bigger than the million man march at self checkout. Very friendly customer service.

It was okay. They were missing a lot of items. The shelves were pretty bare. The staff was no where to be found to help me find an item. The toddlers clothes were all over the place. Not much different from the other Walmarts I shop at.

I just called to ask.about service. The woman did not understand what I was saying
She just rudely hung up the phone.i can't stand when people do that! No stars at all!

The one person who says that the store is going to close soon always cracks me upppp lol 5 stars cos I’m always there last minute sorry

Good Evening Google Family. I decided to visit this Walmart after googling it. I had just completed another 20 lbs weights workout at the Edge Fitness Club in Plymouth Meeting, PA. I was interested in purchasing some Twinkle for our copper pots. They did not have it. I looked and looked and looked, to no Avail! I also looked for Steve Harvey's Elevate products for nutrition and health. They were not in the Walmart there. I asked several associates. The associates, none of them, knew what I was talking about. ITs like, they had never heard of Steve Harvey or his new products. They were saying that perhaps the products are online and they are available on Steve Harvey's Website. I also visited the restroom. To my amazement, it was CLEAN! I couldn't believe it. Most of the Walmart's that I have visited, have not been CLEAN! Also this place is HUGE! I can see why they call it a SUPERCENTER! I would visit this establishment location again. I am just disappointed that they didn't have anything that I was looking for. This WAlmart is located in the Valley Forge Marketplace Shopping Center. Have a great night, Google Family!

This place really needs an update. Empty shelves rude employees long lines and wait times.

I want to share my experience last night I lost my wallet in Walmart we have been searching the wallet for almost till midnight then I realized that I might have lost in Walmart it was closed at 11: 00 pm so I waited till morning and as soon as it opened I went there to the customer service and asked about my wallet the lady at the customer service asked what color it is and my name she looked into the lost and found and returned the wallet it was a sigh of relief. The only problem is if they have found the wallet they should have reported the police or local authorities the reason is simple when I was searching for the wallet I did went to Walmart parking area and then suddenly a police officer approached me and asked what is the issue I told him I lost my wallet and he then he called the authorities to check if someone report the wallet found because he told of Walmart find the wallet they report to the authorities with description and other detail. I would request Walmart if they found wallet or some imp thing they report to local law department and authorities that way the person will be assured that his valuable are found…

I will give 0 stars if I could.
First of all, a lot of products is behind a glass doors with a key now. What is this? And I wait 20 minutes until someone show up to open the glass doors, the person seams not wanting to work that day, when he unlock the glass door he stands there asking what you want. You can not even go through the products to compare and decide what you want. Also the place is horrible display and fruits and veggies are old and moldy. Disgusting place. I just moved here and is horrible. Looking for another Walmart because not coming back to this one, or maybe avoiding Walmart for good.
So different from the ones in the South.
