Walmart Supercenter, Ephrata PA

Pretty clean store, only 1 door is being used for in and out. Cashier's were ok, could be a little more polite honestly. First one i went to just said, it will be a bit, I'm waiting on bags. No hello or anything. Moved to another register and cashier just seemed mad at the world. But had what I was after in stock.

So went to Walmart to get my daughter some clothes for gym class. I follow the sign that says active wear.lol.silly me for thinking that the work out clothes would be there instead there were bathing suits. We actually had to search for the active wear. Which I was in a hurry and took a lot longer than I wanted.

Store is covered with boxes. Both disabled and able-bodied people can't move around the store with ease. DO NOT GO HERE OF YOU ARE DISABLED!
only a few of the checkout lanes are open.all self check-out lanes are open.the bathrooms are HORRID! They rarely have what you need.employees are very very rude.
Otherwise, the inventory of the store is sub-par. Spend money elsewhere if possible.

Walmart has changed for the worst they where under stock and they will be going bagless you have to bring your own bags by the end of the year

If you’re looking for a bike don’t come here. Bike section has been completely empty for 2 weeks. No one was at the sporting goods desk the entire time so I Walked around for half an hour looking for an employee that could help me and all I got was told to go to the service desk where they looked at me like an idiot.

Ordered a grocery pickup for 5PM. I received a text a few minutes after 5PM saying my order was running late after already being there for the pickup. I sat in the parking lot waiting for it to be ready. At 5: 45PM I called to ask the status. The manager was very rude to me and told me it'd be another hour until my stuff was ready. I canceled the order because I wasn't waiting that long after already being 45 minutes late. I received a text at 6: 45PM saying my order was ready. I did not pick it up and am expecting a refund since I canceled it and delt with the manager being rude about the situation. I used Walmart pickup because of it being convenient. It became a hassle instead of being easy. I will not go to Walmart again because of the way this was handled and the way I was talked to.

Didn't do much shopping with my niece she says I don't know this store well I'm from Yo.and she lives in PA so she should know it more than me although I've been here a few times I can feel my way around.

Ephrata Walmart is leaps and bounds better than the superstore located on Lincoln highway. Better selection and they actually had several check out lines open.

I did online ordering. It was quick and simple. They texted me when my order was ready and were at my car 1 minute later with my order. I wasn't feeling well, so this was heaven sent. The only issue I had was the app kept losing my location, but no matter, when you pull in they have a number you can call to inform them you're there and what space # you're in.

I love Walmart, prices on food is decent and other things as well. And the people that work there are very friendly. I met two really nice people there. Jim and Billy. Check Walmart it out people.

I like the clientele at this store compared to other stores in my area, HOWEVER, I found the employees to be quite rude on this visit, I can only imagine how they will be next week being Christmas is the following week.

We were there on Black Friday. I had to work that day and wasn't sure if I wanted to go deal with the crowds. By the time we got there, it wasn't too bad if you avoided the electronics department LOL they did have some good sales and good availability on most things there was only one thing that they ran out of that I would like to have bought. Definitely would go back again for my monthly shopping for bulk items.

8: 30 a.m. 7 DAYS before Christmas and this walmart had not 1 but 2 checkouts open. REALLY? !? !? ! No total customer service at this store, absolutely NONE! I would much rather spend the extra money and go else where.

I'm not happy with the new organising you do. I learn where my items are and you move them. Also I can't find the items I want. Lately I've been shopping at Giant where I know where things are located. You have dropped many of your home brands so I buy them at Giant. Our friend works there and there is general feeling of futility working there

Didn't have all the groceries I needed, which is not the first time. Also, they did away with Savings Catcher, even the employees at the store explained what a mistake that was.

It says that you can cash insurance settlement checks here but when my bf went to try n cash it he couldn't. Dont say u can if u can't!

It's Walmart. It's always full, the workers are usually in a bad mood, the pharmacy sucks, there is like 4 people that work there that are nice. Half the time you're waiting in line for like a half hour. It's ridiculous. Then they rearrange everything, which is ok, but then there is no one around to help you find what you need. Absolute Craziness!

Excellent Walmart - Clean, Stocked, Helpful and Polite Staff,
Quick Checkout - Usually not too crowded - a very pleasant place to shop

There is never fully stocked shelves and things that are in the back of the shelves are never pulled forward for people to be able to have easy access. The Lebanon Walmart is much better and organized.

This one is very awesome everybody they're so friendly knowledgeable helps you out with everything and anything that you need super clean organized there's always someone there not far from you to help you in your time of need while you're visiting this amazing Walmart that has a Subway sandwich place in the back super awesome love it
