Walmart Supercenter, Lancaster PA

The dairy products, which is what we came for, were extremely lacking at this particular location. The store didn't carry merchandise like a regular Walmart, so we ended up disappointed. The store is fine, just a bad Walmart.

Although the store doesn't always look nice (only because some customers make it hard for the employees to keep it nice) their staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. They do a good job at keeping things sanitized.

I paid for Express delivery that was supposed to arrive by 12: 24pm today (March 21st). I have spoke to multiple walmart agents who were unable to get In contact with this Walmart via phone. When I tried to call myself i was unable to reach anyone until the 3rd call. I was told that the manager was going to call me back at 5: 15. Its 11pm and still nothing now the store is closed.

This place carries everything you could possibly want. Still needs more check-out areas opened. Waiting too pay is horrible

Worst Walmart ever. Shelves are half stocked, and not because if the employees. Animals opening packages, stealing what they want they want and leaving the rest behind. If you're looking for a real degenerate experience, this is the store for you.

This store just keeps sinking lower and lower. They never answer the phone it's always a mess the shelves are never stocked you can't find any help and when you do they don't speak English

Worst customer service ever. They gave me the wrong tv I didn't even make it out of the store before I noticed. Took 30 mins to get my money refunded because no customer service manager was around. They weren't even busy. Worst Wal-Mart ever!

Very poor.customer service very very poor.worker faces always meanlooking.employees like they don't like there work. BUT I bet they like payday.bad bad.

There was no one st the counter, it took 10 mins for a manager. Manger could not do watch fixes then it took another 15mins before someone else came. Then after watch not fixed got now pieces, not complete.

I only like that I can find what I need. Most of the Customers and a few workers are either loud and/or rude and it’s annoying. Others are inconsiderate. Anyway I find what I need and in the morning because that’s when there’s less people.

Wide varitey of products. Look over items to check for damage before buying, often products are damaged or have missing parts but still are being sold as if nothing is wrong.

I have to give it to Walmart. A gold star for their apparel buyer. I've noticed a huge shift in their clothing selection. It's hard to find kitschy cat t shirts anymore because the coolness is so pervasive here now. I actually found myself looking at the clothes seriously without any jokes on deck. Times are a changing.

I’ve never been to a worse Walmart. The workers sit around on their phones refusing to help people while they have one line open and it’s backed up throughout the store.

The Walmart on fruitvale pike in Lancaster pa is better even though its smaller its about the respect

Wanted to pay for my phone card in that department but I was told no one is there now, they are on break. I had to go to the regular checkout and wait a long time because they don't have enough checkouts open.

I go there on a regular basis to do my grocery shopping, buy personal hygiene products, cleaning supplies, etc.

Waited 1 hour in line to check out, this is December, busiest shopping time & a few register lines open.last time for me. This is why I normally travel to York's Walmart. #LessonLearned

This Walmart has the rudest workers and the longest lines I have ever seen. I would give no stars if I could.worst service ever.

The cashier seemed to have a bad attitude and there were hardly any registers open upon check out. There is a good variety of products and selections.

Seems like Everytime I shop here. They don't Have stock.if you know you sell out. Then. Order more.
