Walmart Supercenter, Temple PA

No shopping carts at either entrance.and this was true the last 3 times I was there! The employees stocking shelves are unfriendly and most of them don't want to help you, whether it's asking a question or asking for assistance on an item. I shop here quite often, and it's just getting worse and worse as time goes on, and other people feel the same as I do.

Why does your phone, your sign and your online information say you’re open until 11pm, but I arrive before 10 and there are guards outside shouting CLOSED CLOSED CLOSED to anyone who pulls into the parking lot? If the doors are still opening are you not open? Has Walmart made so much money they no longer want anyone in the store 15 mins before closing which is technically an hour fifteen before closing according to everything (sign, phone message about hours and website) except the security out front.

They never have anything in stock it says online. They never puck up their phone when you call.
My mother in law Bought a bike for my daughter for Easter and the one tire wouldn't hold air. I took it back to have a new inner tube placed in it and after 4 days I went to the store and the "guy hasn't been in that puts bikes together. " I asked for one in a box and I'll build it at home. They finally found someone to fix it and wow guess what no innertube in stock for it. So now I have to pay for one side They can't fix what should of been done right the first time. I hate this walmart and I try to not come here it all.

The place needs to have someone knows what there doing very dirty store nothings organized clothes on the floor and empty Easter candy boxes everywhere

Disorganized and I complained and the supervisor got nasty with me each time I go there to do my shopping they don't have 4 or 5 items and I have to go back to a mad house sometimes.

Ordered tires to be picked up. The tires sat in the warehouse for 26 hours before i was notified to pick them up. Picked them up and auto center told me they were closing 3 hours early

They have "DEODORANT" locked up. An it takes bout a half hour plus before anyone comes & helpz u. I pressed the button & stopped in customer service who informed me someone would there in a few. A no show, now listen to this I'm a black man that stood in front of a camera for a long period of time. A white couple came to the deodorant section & here comes the key holder. Itz RACIST WALMART SUPREMACIST CENTER.

Avoid entering from the grocery entrance as you will be approached by scammy energy suppliers while you shop. They are persistent!

Why was I being harassed by scammy energy suppliers while shopping? I just wanna get my groceries and not be stalked and bothered

This place is run by 2 year olds.waited 30 minutes for someone to find key to open the locked formulas for babies.i was just glad it wasnt my wife with the kids and everyone. Wouldnt hurt to make some spares.omg. Recomend you to go somewhere else.

18 registers available and only 7 were open! Both self checkouts had lines going back into the clothing depts! It took me almost an hr.to get through the line and when I got done there were 3 people checking peoples receipts and carts! If they had enough staff at the registers they wouldnt have to worry about people stealing. WAL MART CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST! IM DONE!

They locked up deodorants, who locks up deodorants? And you need an employee to come and unlock it, there’s a button to push if you need help and there should be an employee who shows up to unlock it.i pressed the button several times and no employee showed up.i waited like 10 minutes and NO employee showed up.no one should have to wait 10 minutes to acquire something as easy to acquire as deodorant.

Lines were long, tons of sold out merchandise, so much merchandise is locked away to prevent theft. An overall hassle to shop at this Walmart.

Its fine, but sometimes its wayyyy too packed. If you decide to go there, go before the holidays or a week or two before, because last minute holiday shopping? Forget it.

The store was dirty and the shelves looked like a tornado went through. Most of the customers I was near were rude or just walked in front of my cart to cut me off. First and last visit to this location.

The combined IQ of the entire staff at this store is less than 100.these people are idiots and every visit to this store will result in problems

Only 2 registers open everytime you go. There is never anyone to help you. They always say "I'm from a different department". It's truly sad.

Always looks like a cyclone went through the store, dirty out of stock on certain items. But things are less expensive here!

Shelves empty, bathrooms dirty and often closed completely. Staff never knows where items are located and fail to find out location. Pharmacy is on point though, always helpful and prompt.

Ehh.you get hasseled at the door for your reciept. And they got the fuzz right there waiting for someone to buck and not show it to them. Dont show it, it is your personal property.
