Walmart Vision & Glasses reviews
7 Dr Lubart was very kind and very knowledgeable. I was so lucky to have Scott prepare my frame information and insurance. Awfully kind, very helpful and extremely accurate. A big THANK YOU to both of you for such great service!

Had a great experience purchasing a replacement pair of eyeglasses. I already had a script in hand so the team was able to get me set up quickly. Scott gave me an estimate, Laponda processed my order and Kris ensured i was good to go when they arrived Great team - highly recommend!
I had some trouble with my insurance and didn't end up actually coming in for an appointment, but they scheduled me super fast, sent follow up calls to help with my insurance problems and were very nice!
I dealt with two different women: one when I originally went in to select frames and provide my prescription (which was from an external eye doctor due to numerous underlying eye issues I've dealt with), and another woman when I picked them up a week later. Both were very kind and helpful. The first really talked to me about the various lens finishes and how they work and what she'd recommend based on my job, etc. She also explained how to transition into progressive lenses, since that was a new change for me this time. She clearly explained that if I had issues with the new glasses to come back, and they would help get me into glasses that work. I'm happy to report that I had no issues with the new glasses, and the lenses (Carl Zeiss) came out great and seem to be of much better quality than the expensive Crizal lenses that I overpaid for through Weaver Eye (now MyEye). I can't speak to their eye exams, but their lenses are great quality and arrived within one week of being ordered. I also walked in the same day and received service with no appointment. A definite plus!
Very rude staff. Tried to set up a no insurance contact lense exam and asked if I could get a pair of trial lenses to hold me off in the meantime, was told it was against the law. I said “man that’s kinda screwy. That it’s against the law to help out a future customer. ” Some balding middle aged pencil neck of a dweeb behind the counter chimed in to a conversation he wasn’t a part of saying “that’s the business” like a real hero. I said “oh and screw me right? ” To which he replied “yes. ” When I confronted him about it, he immediately backed off and acted like he didn’t say anything. If you’re going to roast customers, at least have the intestinal fortitude to back it up, cue ball.
Extremely professional and efficient couldn’t have had a better experience!
