Walmart Vision & Glasses, Cranberry PA

Place is a complete disgrace. Went there today to be told I have a past due amount of 75 dollars I had to pay from 2018 so I left. Not my fault they cant do there job and bill my insurance company like they were supposed to back then. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go to anything involved with the clowns that work at this store or any Walmart.

Never had a problem with them. Been going here for years. They doctor is great and the staff has always been pleasant to me and my children. They have a wide variety of glasses for all ages.

Son showed up for appointment but was told insurance not accepted even though the guy that made the appointment said they accepted it. It was a waste of our time to try and use this eye doctor. It was an independent office that answered and made the appointment for the vision center at Walmart. Either way, poor way to conduct business.

After original exam of $95 I’m getting my eye looked out after metal was removed, the doctor said if it still bothers you in for five days to stop in and I will take another look at it to make sure everything‘s OK. For five days I return with concerns I wanted them to look at it and they charged me another $44 to see the doctor. Why do I have to pay another half an examination fee when I was told by the doctor to stop in to check on it to make sure things are OK. The man who does the billing there’s really quite nasty I told him about my concerns and he just said nothing back and he said that’s the way it is. This man should be removed immediately from the business. Because of him I don’t wanna go back there and I will never give them my business from here on out. This is the Walmart on Kimberly Lane in Seneca, PA.

The eye doctors here are top-notch. The rest of the staff not so much. I don't know how much commission they get but you can see the dollar signs in their eyes when they talk you up to the most expensive lenses on the market. Frames and lenses have an insane markup. My family has been ordering theirs online at a fraction of the cost. Plan on coming back a few times to get them adjusted correctly. They'll let you leave with your glasses falling off your face or so tight they hurt.

I've been to a few eye doctors and it's usually a 50/50 chance of getting the right prescription. Here it's been 100%. I can't say enough good things about the doctors here. Your best bet is to get your eye exam here and take the prescription anywhere else.

Tried buying my grandmother new glasses we already had the prescription just need to order frames. They said the computers were down so we asked if we could still look and pick out a pair so when they were up we could call and order them. At first they said it was okay then the tech came out and decided we weren’t worth her time and was rude and did everything she could to not let us in from ridiculous COVID questions they don’t even ask at the hospital like does your stomach hurt and are you taking meds to suppress your symptoms! Then told us only my elderly grandmother who can’t walk on her own could come in! They did everything possible to not do there job worst Walmart eye center I have ever been to we will be driving to meadville from now on.

Always willing to go above and beyond to not only fix any problems they can with your glasses but answer every question so when you leave there's no unsolved issues to worry about.

If I could give no stars I would. If you aren’t early you are late and no alternative appointment offered. Rude, unacceptable behavior. Never had issues prior but won’t be spending another penny at any Walmart location.
