Walmart Vision & Glasses, Shippensburg PA

I have seen 36 eye doctors at every place in the area and optometrist Bryan Lohr is by far the best on the planet! No headaches or blurry vision with my new prescription every time he nails it! Plus surprisingly the staff at the Walmart are unbeatable! They work tirelessly to save you money and help you with any and all questions you have as quickly as possible and are surprisingly again very knowledgeable about everything in their department! I thank god every time they are there and wish nothing but the best for them! Thanks again for the excellent service

My whole family has been going here for over 7 years. Good glasses at good prices, and the warranty and return policy have helped with kids' glasses. The employees really work with you to help you find what is best for you. Dr. Lohr is great. Alex will make sure you leave happy!

Natalie was amazing! I came in for the first time and she helped me all the way through! She assured me we would find something in my budget and gave me the individual attention I needed for picking out a pair of frames, she was honest and gave her genuine opinion. I loved it! 5 stars for Natalie! 4 stars for the prices which isn’t her fault, the prices here on some of the frames were outrageous. Otherwise an amazing experience!

I had a great experience at this Vision location. The manager, Natalie was the best! She helped me pick frames to suit my face. She also took extra time to measure my eyes. I had trouble with being measured in the past at another vision vender. I will be returning for future glasses!:) Thanks Natalie!

Alex and Natalie was wonderful and very helpful. They both helped me pick out my frames. I would recommend the vision center they are great and also what to give a shout out to doctor Bryan he is great as well.

Have gone there a few times now just to purchase glasses and contacts for myself and children with a RX from our eye doctor elsewhere. Alex helped us each time and provided excellent customer service. He was thorough, patient, kind and knowledgeable.

It had been about 5 years since my last exam. Alex and Dr. Lohr made sure that all is well with my vision, especially considering my history with migraine. Alex picked out the glasses that I ended up purchasing and I've been very happy with them. Great experience all around!

Always very happy with eye exam, purchasing new eyeglasses, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Never feeling rushed through the processes. Alex helped me with my newest prescription for glasses and they are perfect.

Outstanding service. Went in yesterday when they were very busy and picked up my new glasses; she also fixed and cleaned my old
glasses and filled out my reimbursement form. All with a smile. Great people.

I went in the store requesting to have my contact prescription so I could to Waynesboro eye care center. The woman that was working at the desk gave me my contact prescription (or so I thought). I went to my car and realized she gave me my glasses prescription. When I went back in all the lights where completely turned off. (It’s was maybe two minutes of me walking in and out.) the woman popped her head out from her desk and said “what? ”. I responded “I think you accidentally gave me my glasses prescription and I need my contact prescription for a appointment. ” The woman responded with “that is not my problem we are on lunch you have to wait”. At that point I was taken back and left the store and called waynesboro (as I was crying) who tried for 30-40 minutes trying to get ahold this store. When I finally got waynesboro they told me that this location stated they lost my prescription which was VERY confusing as I got my contacts and glasses done the same day. They also said they where busy (still no excuse for treating customers bad) but I was the only customer at the shippensburg eye center. I will NOT be returning to the shippensburg location. And I will gladly drive 1hr to waynesboro to get the customer service that should be given.
