5Was very pleased with doctor, eye tests offered, glasses, vision employees and cost. My 3rd pair of Walmart glasses, but 1st from Chippewa Twp.location. This location was my favorite!
Never had a problem here. Doc is always professional and listens to my concerns. The techs are always super helpful too.
Long story short, I broke my only pair of glasses and didn't know what to do. So I called the Walmart vision center and Lacey told me unfortunately there were no doctors to do the vision tests, I was way over due for testing, but to come in and she will see what she can do. Fortunately it was only my frame that broke, so lacey was able to take out my lenses and put them in new frames for me. She definitely saved me! I would have been without glasses for almost a week before I could get in for an appointment. Everyone who needs glasses knows how terrible something like that is lol I will forever be grateful of Lacey and what she did for me today! I've learned my lesson and will now have two pairs of glasses for next time when something like this happens
Dr. Breuer is very thorough and professional. She explains everything and is very friendly. The women who help with glasses are friendly and patiently help with glasses selection. We have gone there for years and highly recommend!
When i showed up for my appointment thats when they told me it had been canceled. The doctor got sick and called off. They then insisted they called me which they did not. Store manager basically called me a liar. So all together i went for no reason.got called a liar and lost money since i couldve worked that day! And if anyone knows who the store managers boss is i would appreciate it.
