Walnut Lane Golf Club reviews
10Outstanding greens and fairways. Tee's and sandpit need work. There are too many ball marks and divots on greens from inconsiderate golfers. Hard working crew. Fun course can't wait to play on it again!
This golf course is very small and nestled on the top hill of Manayunk. It has mostly par threes and is kept in good shape go in the morning or late in the evening to avoid lines and you don’t have to worry about paying too much this golf course is not very expensive. I think you’ll really enjoy it. I hope you enjoy my reviews of all these amazing places.
An oldie bilirubin goodie. Gorgeous area and faculty is run well and course is good condition. It’s a treasure gem.
Nice spot but it has the most laughably tiny driving range. Do not come just to drive, there’s no room, and the net is like 25 yards away from the tees.
It's your loss if you don't crack the nut. First tee is doing great work and everyone who works here is doing fantastic.
I called for golf lessons and they said they are all booked and I have to go somewhere else smh. I would not recommend
For a short course, I liked the layout. Holes were interesting, not repetitive. For the price, I'm not quite satisfied. The conditions weren't good. Lots of dirt patches, inconsistent greens etc. Being put in a fivesome for a midday tee time on a Saturday also also spoiled the experience for me. $48 for a long round that wasn't even a full length course just isn't a good deal.
A nice, short course to practice your irons. The course has some challenges but overall is a fairly easy one. Conditions are variable, but the crew does work hard to maintain what they can. Overall the greens are okay (except #9). The price and course quality match pretty well. Only complaint is that there is not enough golf etiquette, more rangers to enforce rate of play would go a long way. This is a great course for beginners learning, but again pace of play is an issue here.
Highly impressed with how far along this golf course has come along. Some rough areas still but the grounds crew did a great job. I look forward to changing this rating to 5 stars. Definitely will come back.
