Walnut Street Theatre reviews
16America’s Oldest Theatre! Have seen plenty of plays here over the years! Great place to catch a play!
Great place to see a show. Parking lot right next to the theater. Bar and lounge with snacks. Very clean theater.
I love to play escape to Margaritaville the theater is real nice bathrooms are clean the concession stand are nicely stocked with great options
Awesome theater ticket prices are reasonable parking is expensive and $12.50 for a small glass of wine is a little pricey. Enjoyed our experience
It's in Philly so give yourself a lot of time for travel. Great show "Escape to Margaritaville. " The theater does not have a bad seat.
I love the Walnut. This visit was to see Escape to Margaritaville. I plan to return. Line up for next season looks great.
Great show, great time. Theater was comfortable and clean. Loved the downstairs room with the many photos.
Shows are Excellent, Everytime. Seating is very tight. Very old theater. Back to pre covid rules. Please Donate to Children's Theater.
Another wonderful night at the Walnut Street Theatre! Escape to Margaritaville was a blast! It truly was awesome to participate in the show. I love that we're subscribers and look forward to every show each year!
The Walnut Street Theatre is a beautiful and historic theater with many interesting historical displays and refreshments available on each floor.
It was my first time at the Walnut Street theater. It was a great experience! "Margaritaville" was fantastic! The show was constantly moving; it never bogged down - a proverbial feast for the eyes and the ears.
Escape to Margaritaville was awesome
Very talented cast!
Nice theatre with lots of history!
Tonight's show "Margaritaville" was outstanding! It along with "Cinderella" were the Best shows of this season!
The facility was well kept, and employees were friendly and helpful. Mezzanine front seats by wall were tight for tall people.
The oldest theater in the country. It's a small venue, but that means every seat is not far away from the stag.
Was given a ticket to "Escape to Margaritaville. " It was Wonderfu! The energy level of the cast, music & dance moves, the sets, and the perfect size theater, for the production, made it a wonderful experience. (if still playing go see it!) I'm physically challenged, and my friend found out that she could reserve a parking spot in the lot right next to the door. We even added frozen Margaritas from the snack bar & neat book about the theater from the gift shop. The first show of next season, I believe is Elvis & we are going after our great experience! Thank you, wonderful staff!
