Charlie has good prices and many hard to find parts. He has updated his waiting area with heat and accepts credit cards. Also towing is available. Very friendly.
The people here were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I was in a time crunch and needed some wheels, and they took care of the situation for me. Plus, their prices were very affordable.
My brother and me live 60 and 65 miles from the yard and it's worth a special trip, my brother recently had a deer collision with his 2005 Chevy Silverado 1500 work truck pickup and Charlie had pretty much everything my brother needed and his one yard man helped us and didn't charge extra like some yards do, we left a part there and when my brother went back to pick it up, Charlie didn't charge any extra. The prices are always reasonable and Walter's has an overwhelmingly good selection of parts
This is a great place! I am from Atlanta, Georgia and had a flat tire in Altoona. Not knowing anyone in the area to help me get it fixed I was at a loss but this amazing woman picked me up and took me to another scrap yard that gave me a spare to get yo Walter's who had the tire I needed. Walter's changed my tire and was more than happy to return the spare for me and only charged me $35. I would definitely recommend them any time.
