Ward Transport & Logistics, York PA

No communication, was given a noon to 5 window, no one showed. Tried to call: no answer. Tried to call at 9 am, 10 am next morning: no answer. Currently have no idea whether they are even on their way or not, working from home FOR A SECOND DAY to ensure shipment.

Apparently the phone doesn't work. Every time I call no one picks up. It will ring once, then go silent for awhile, then ring again, but will go silent.

If you want to waste your time- it's a perfect place ;)
The unloading take them the whole day!
Only one truck in dock and 4 hours waiting - it's horrible.
I don't know what's the problem to unload ONE TRUCK.
I don't understand people who work there. Very bad organization of work.

I've worked here for over 10 years. I'm sure there are worse companies to drive for. I can't say that for certain but there HAVE to be worse places to work for. But just because "it could be worse" doesn't mean it's good or acceptable.
Steer clear of this place, for shipping or employment.

P. S.all 5 star ratings of this place should be taken with a grain of salt.

It would be nice if their customer service took calls. They arbitrarily picked a delivery time as if they had spoken with me.

I waited on hold for over 30mins to schedule an appointment for a package to be delivered. I asked for someone to call me upon arrival due to having dogs that I need to secure, no one called me they just showed up and knocked on the door. The package I received looks absolutely terrible. It was not brought up to my door, it was left on the street in the snow for my husband to drag a 250lbs package inside. I feel as if there should have been a lot more help than just unloading the severed package from the truck. Do not recommend.

Don’t deliver here worst place ever unloaders start work here at 12pm and it takes them 4 hours to unload your truck. Waste of time.

Very small yard super tight docks and the foreman was not very helpful at all. Good luck everyone else

Their driver was all the way into my lane on 6th st in Harrisburg.
He was not turning. There was no reason for it. I wonder if they tell all their drivers to run people off the road.

They delivered my truck seat my only complaint was there is some damage to the seat but I can’t say it was their fault as The truck seat was strapped down to a pallet with metal straps not the brightest idea in the world ended up ripping the seat. I appreciate your driver helping me lift the pallet up on my porch
