Warner's Propane & Oil reviews
25 SHAME ON WARNERS PROPANE! I had a delivery on February 20, and paid my bill today, Warners charged a $5.00 late fee in this current crisis we are in, yes, I was a week overdue, I told warmers I had been trying to call them for days, it is THEM that has been out of the office for days when I have tried to call!
My plea for them to waive the $5.00 late fee fell on DEAF EARS!
TO ALL WHO ARE IN THIS WAR OF CORONA CRISIS, warners will not have your back,
GREEDY IN SUCH TURBULENT TIMES!
I have been a customer for a few years now and very happy that I made the switch to Warner's Propane!
When I told them I was moving and STOP SERVICE, they continued to fill my tanks with propane and charge me. When I told them I had moved and there was a new owner they refused to refund me. Now a year later, they are still trying to charge me.
I have been with Warner's for a few years now. They have always been excellent to deal with! I also love how they are one of the companies around that do service on propane appliances. Other companies now refer that type of stuff out. I have the comfort of knowing if I need something repaired or installed, they can do it. I would highly recommend Warner's.
I have been with Warner's Propane for roughly 5 years now. After having bad luck with another local supplier Gary, who is the owner, has always given me a fair and honest price. Also, Gary and his crew have always been there for me when I needed them. I couldnt be happier! I also like stopping in at the office to say hi to their sales staff Penny and Betty! (owners dogs)
Warner's has been my oil and propane supplier for 6 years now and I would highly recommend them!
This family owned business really showed me what customer service is all about. They were efficient, friendly, and effective. They won my business for life.
Professional company and easy to work with. We use them for home propane and our gas grill refills. Reasonably priced and a local company not a franchise!
Highly recommend! I had a lot of questions regarding propane (I'm new to this whole thing). The lady I spoke to was very kind and patient. They still have been great even after setting up.
Best customer service! Family owned business and they always go above and beyond! My entire family uses their service! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great price!
I hardly write reviews but wanted to share my great experience with Warner’s. Ive been a customer for many years and have always been happy with their customer service and prices.
Well we got the screws put to us by Warner's propane. We've used them for our heat and cooking propane for 13 years, we decided to move and would no longer be using propane. I called Warner's and asked what I should do with over 3/4 of a tank I still had. They told me they would pick up the tank and credit me for anything left.this was wasp paid for by the LI-Heap program which would have been applied to the electric in our new home. This was a rented tank from them. They picked it up and never sent a check. I contacted them today and they said "the amount in the tank equaled the pick up fee" how convenient! I was never told they would chard a pickup fee. What if I went with another propane company? They gonna charge me $175 to pick up the tank I won't use anymore! UNFAIR! If I knew this was going to be the case I would have tried to work out a deal with my old landlords to buy the remaining propane. Not to mention my wife was afraid to call cause the girl is so rude!
Excellent service, reliable, trustworthy and family owned and operated. Very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I would most definitely recommend Warner’s over any other in the area.
Buyer Beware. We recently closed on a new house with a Warner Propane Tank. The current tank is 100 Gallons and it is unlikely that we will use 200+ gallons a year, so to save the $250 'rental' charge I decided to not continue service. I called to have the tank picked up, no problems.
HOWEVER, when I asked for a credit for the gas in the tank is when the problems started.
First I was told that they *Warner don't credit the gas back. I asked what I was to do with my gas, and the woman told me to 'use it up'. Not sure how I'm going to do that in June? I pushed a bit harder for a refund, and was told that if anyone would get a credit it would be the previous owner.
I explained, that the gas conveyed with the purchase; something you would expect a heating fuel company to know. Here it is, from the Standard Pennsylvania agreement of sale. Page 3, Paragraph 7.
"INCLUDED in this sale, unless otherwise stated, <snip> any remaining heating and cooking fuels stored on the Property at the time of settlement"
I was then put on hold. When she returned the story was the same. No refund, because I didn't pay for the gas. I reminded her that I did infarct pay for the gas when I bough the house. Then I was told that it wasn't my gas, because they owned the tank. Again, I had to remind her that somebody paid for that gas, and it wasn't Warner. At this point I would be happy to let the original owner get their money back, and started to suggest that they just refund to the existing account. However, before I could finish my sentence, she told me "They were going to come get the tank and I wasn't getting nuthing. ". And then she hung up on me!
* I figure there is about $100 worth of propane in this 1/2 full tank. Not a lot, but to me, clearly theft. Wonder if the Director of Ride and Measurement Standards agrees?
Excellent quick service! Pleasant and clean with respectful staff. Lowest price around for propane tank refills.
I have been a customer of Warner’s Propane for over 15 years and I can say that I am very pleased with their service. I had been with bigger more “reputable” companies in the past but they charge a lot more fees than Warners. Even tho I just have a fireplace and cook stove they always show up same day if I ever run out of gas which has happened a few times. Unlike the bigger companies that charge a same day off route delivery fee they never tack on any extra fees. They treat me like family and not a number. The office is very friendly, Joe and Matt are always very personable delivering my propane and Eric always does a great job cleaning my fireplace. Always fair prices and great service! Very happy customer after 15 years!
By far the worst of the worst. Lets get some new people in the area so these crooks and downright nasty liars can be gone. They can shove these tanks up their #&=÷%$. Dont use them you'll regret it, its all promises and smiles until you hire them then not even a phone call when they dont show up and you wasted your day, good luck keeping schedule when you need a refill. Complete joke just use a reputable company and save yourself aggravation with these losers
Your company asked me for directions to my home and I told them multiple times my address works in all gps devices. I recently moved to the area and could not explain how to get from business to my home. Your company would not work with me and is not how you treat someone trying to give you business.
Very professional. Ran out of propane once, but they were out right away. Understandable that not every company can guarantee a customer to not run out of gas depending of how the winter goes, trucks needing service all of a sudden, etc. They are a very honest company and that truly matters.
If I could give less than one star I would.office help not very personable, down right snooty.had their service for two different addresses.never got my propane in a timely matter and had to hear attitude when I called to inquire.change accounts from one address to another. 3 years later they sent a guy to repo my tank because of none payment.the confusion was at the office level,: billing: although the account was in my name and I had closed it before I moved.they still had it active.they came to my new address to reclaim their tank.after an hour one the phone we finally realized that they never closed the old account.all the while I had a new account and had been paying on time.the landlord had put the account in her name.there had been 2 families living at the old address after I moved.so now that I changed companies and called warner to pick up their tank, they want to charge me 95.00 labor to reclaim their tank.a tank that just a month ago they were going to disconnect and remove for free with out my knowledge.their pricing is not bad and I choose them because of location{ 1/2 mile from my home.the the screw ups and mishaps with the office personel is too much.now they want more money and want to keep the propane that I paid for.
