1 Probably good ENT’s here but they have no respect for their patients time. After several reminders to get to my follow up appointment 15 minutes early I waited 1 hr.without anyone coming out to say hey sorry you are sitting here when you should be at your job but the dr is running late. After the hour went by I went to the front desk and was told “yeah Dr Zager always runs late “
After the statement and a blank stare from the receptionist I was told my next chance to see the good dr would be over a month away. I sat back down for another 1/2 hr.before I got up and said please refund my copay and I went back to my job where I deal with people all day and never keep them waiting for more than a few minutes unless I give them an apology and a reason for the delay. Seems like the right thing to do after all their time is just as important as mine. I don’t think they really cared that I left today but if they keep treating their patients like they are just another insurance claim and copay they will have many more people walking out never to return.
