Warren Mall Cinemas

Gets a 2 star rating. Place is old as ran down. And holy yowsers the food and drink is crazy expensive even for a cinema! There was a light down near the right side of screen almost looking like it was hanging and dangling and it flickered the entire time we was there. I did enjoy my movie on my date and didn't let any of it affect me. But in my opinion, the place needs some work done to it.

One person to sell tickets, sell refreshments and pop, turn lights on for seating, turn movies on in a timely basis. Control heat in theatre.
Is totally pour service, price of refreshments is out of sight for retired adults, and a family with kids.
Sadly, I see this theater closing in a few months. My wife and I are in our 80’s, sadly we can not afford to go to the movies more then once a month.
It use be weekly.

Very run down/unkept.last time i went, they werent even able to play the movie after waiting for almost an hour and refunded my ticket with a voucher that expired in a week.

Went to see avatar 3d today. Movie started 50 minutes late and then we watched the same commercials 5 times. Site start time says 4: 30 then start at 4: 30. Not 5: 20.

Sitting here to a movie that is now 40 min late starting. The ladies bathroom is closed and only one toilet in mens room working and very dirty at that. Absolutely embarrassed for dipson as this is a joke! 65 dollars for this is uncalled for!

01JUL22 - I took my wife and our 3 children to see the new "Minions" movie tonight at the Warren Mall Cinema 3 in Warren, PA. This had to be the worst theater experience I've ever had. To begin with, this was the first day of the new movie, and there were only 2 employees at the theater. They were failing to keep up with the roughly 30 patrons in the concession/ticket area. I would not call this a stampede by any means, and I watched at least 2 other couples leave disgusted. After almost 30 minutes of waiting in line, we finally paid almost $70 for 2 adults, 3 children, a large pop and a large popcorn. Imagine the joy I had biting into cold, stale popcorn with a Styrofoam consistency that had obviously been left out since the night before. And then I was equally overjoyed to wash it down with a flat, fizzless Pepsi. The movie was supposed to start at 510, but I don't think it started until after 6. The concession area and the theater itself were very dirty like they hadn't been cleaned in between shows or likely even after the last show of the night prior. I know for a fact the theater wasn't cleaned because I asked the one employee if he was going to sweep it up before letting us in, and he said no. After finding seats that weren't too dirty, we settled in. Once the lights went down, the movie started immediately without previews, only to have the screen go blank a couple minutes in, for a good 2-3 minutes or so, missing a good portion of the story build up at the beginning. With all the money spent, and all the time waiting needlessly, I can definitely say that I'll be avoiding this theater in the future and when asked, I won't hesitate to steer someone away from such an experience. The one positive I can say was that the employees were polite.

What a disaster of an experience. Jurassic World Dominion! Exciting! Oh wait… it’s not on the marquee. Oh well. It’s on the web site. Cash only? No problem. I get it; CC machines are down. Floor unswept? Wow! They’re probably busy getting ready for JW opening weekend. Large popcorn with butter, please! Oh… out of butter… I guess I’ll take a box of Mike and Ike’s. She’s gotta go get it from the back. My son wants M&Ms…. Another trip to the back…. Wife wants Cookie Dough Bites… another trip to the back. Pay in cash…. $4 back in quarters.

The manager or owner REALLY needs to pay attention to this place.

Edit after the movie: Now the third or fourth movie at this theater that there has been a 10-20 minute delay in turning down the lights. Seems to be a common trend here.

Extremely disappointed. Got to theater and there was a sign on the door cash only! Went to Lakewood cinema instead

It's not a bad theater. Newer seats. Kinda high and might be hard for smaller kids to see over. I didnt care for them myself as the back angle is to straight up and down. Sound wasn't the best. Place was clean tho.

Web said open. After driving in, found they are not open when they say they are. Probably won’t try again.
Later found out employee was sick and in hospital. Manager did not find out in time to open for the 4 pm show. Manager contacted me and made it worth our while to try again.
Greatly appreciate his hospitality.

The new seats are nice! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful tonight. We have been coming here since we were kids and it is cool to see the theater staying current.

Newer, comfortable seats. Plenty of space. Short staffed so popular movies take 20-30 minutes to get in (ticket and concessions are combined). Restrooms have been upgraded. Screens need replaced or cleaned.

Adorable little local cinema. Menu is pretty small, but it's never too crowded, and the movie is decent quality.

Came to see a scheduled movie and they weren't open. Screen at the window has the show times and says it's supposed to be playing but there's nobody here
