Took my truck to Midtown for service After dealing with another Ford dealership who was less than capable. Midtown was fantastic. The service team kept me informed frequently and they were able to get to the bottom of the issue and fix it. Fantastic service. Will definitely use them again should the need present itself.

Jenny did a great job I'm checking the inventory to see if the car we found online was there and responded very quickly. Then she set us up with Matt he was really easy going to talk to.this was my son's first car there wasn't any pressure so overall the used-car team was very friendly it made this a good deal for my son for his first time.

I thought I was going to get a much better deal than what I was being offered. I got my lease from Vic Valone and he retired he treated me great and I purchased three other vehicles from him and I used mid town for years for service and always spoke highly of the business. I attempted to redo my lease at lease four times prior to its expiration with Tyler who has taken over for Vic and then connected with Kurtis Walter in finance who had facilitated my last lease. The process was seamless and I was completely satisfied and treated like gold. We took our Ford Escape in for a recall and they told us we needed other repairs. We declined and went to a different reputable repair facility and they said what we needed wasn't what Midtown said we needed and they wanted less than half the price of what Midtown would charge. Since our Escape is now out of warranty, we would only go there for recall work to be done. They are not honest and just want to upsell. My advice is to get a second opinion from a reputable repair facility before agreeing to any work being done.

Craig Squires helped me look for months for the right SUV that would accommodate my family and my budget (which wasn’t very high) but he stayed dedicated to finding me the right one!
