Washbasket Laundromat, Hummelstown PA

Great units to clean a big rug. Plenty of payment options if I'm not walking around with a pocket full of quarters.

Needed to wash my comforter because it is too big for my washer and dryer at home. Forgot to bring laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
The dispensary machine that is there, has no way of telling you when an item is out, so I wasted about 4 dollars on different items.
Keep the stuff stocked or have a machine that will let you know an item is out. Also the card readers on the washers do not work well at all, had to use three different payment methods for it to work.
Will not be coming back.

I absolutely love this laundromat it’s clean and the owner is very nice and there couple times everyday and a big selection of washers and dryers and fair prices

The best laundromat in the area. Always clean and i feel safe leaving my stuff unsupervised; I’ve done it dozens of times. Cameras/good area. Very friendly owner who always makes sure place is in top shape. The machines are all very powerful, industrial strength.

It's a basic laundromat. Lots of different machines to use and they accept cards which is so convenient. Soda machine works but only takes quarters. Weirdly, the bathroom costs a quarter to use.

Many different washers to choose from. Depending on what you need to wash. Dryers have the same kind of choice.

Amazing laundromat. Jeremy was much help. My card was declined because Capital One loves to decline (even when there are sufficient funds). He waited and helped me patiently until my card had worked. He is the fine definition of customer service. A+. Oh forgot to mention. Extremely clean place as well. He maintains this establishment quite well.

My experience with this laundromat was horrible. I washed my bed sheets and a light blanket in the 80lb washer right inside the door. The sheets did not spin right and were still pretty wet. Then in the dryer I selected High temp and it wasn't even warm. I kept adding quarters to the dryer and it wouldn't add the additional time to the dryer. Such a rip off! Over $20 to wash sheets and one blanket. I will not be back!

I love this Laundromat! The Owner is the Friendliest man. Nice Big 80lb Washer is the bomb. You won't regret going here!

This place is dirty machines don't operate no one returns calls if you ask it's takes your money in the machines and nobody is in attendance to assist you very poor service

The variety of machines is good but the place was disgustingly dirty. Large debris on the floor along with spilled detergent both dry and wet

People typically complain about the cost and pay restroom. What they fail to point out is there are several ways to pay (CREDIT CARD, CASH & PHONE) and that is the epitome of convenience. As far as the pay toilet goes.yes, it is annoying but it also keeps people from loitering. Summed up in three words it is clean, safe and convenient.

Clean and everyone is required to wear masks. Change machine takes up to $20 bills or some machines take cards. They also have an app to pay for washers & dryers.

Amazing! Always clean and always nice people to talk to. And the BEST SUBS IN PA just next-door! Hoageez is my fav!
