Sandwich Shop Wasko's reviews
7Cash only family owned establishment. Their pasta salad and potato salad are incredible. Awesome food but BRING CASH.
Ordered for a party of 40. Comes with rolls and cheese, even though I asked, I didn't get the sarcastic response and bought my own. Otherwise, tasty and on time.
If I could give negative stars I would. I had asked for catering for my wedding and was told no problem he could do it and to give him a call about 3 weeks before the wedding to go over the menu……. I had gone in 4 months before my wedding and made these plans. 3 weeks before the wedding I call to finalize plans and then was told I don’t know if I can do it. Give me a few days and I’ll let you know. Never got a phone call back. Inconsiderate, and unprofessional would never recommend to anyone……Thank god for Foresta’s willing to cater my wedding on such short notice.
First time here.
Ordered pork/sharp provolone meat was thinly sliced and very tasty. Was able to taste the garlic and the melted sharp provolone added to the taste.
Another order prime rib extreme. Again nicely sliced meat and the fixings added to the overall flavor.
Final order, Italian. Decent amount of Italian meats and provolone cheese and condiments.
Rolls were fresh and soft.
This is cash only and recommend take out only.
Staff was really friendly.
Will return when the mood strikes for a sandwich.
Wasko's did the catering for my mother's 80th birthday today and totally knocked it right out of the park. Jimmy cooked for 75 people, all the food that we had was absolutely delicious and it was a great price point. Roast beef, sausage and peppers, broccoli stuffed chicken and rolls that were perfect. It's true what they're saying, everyone who knows goes to Wasko's.
Best sharp Italian in town. Don't forget to get the perogies when he has them too. Yum.
