Very up set with w/m garbage not pick up called, and i was told that i did not pay my bill.i told them that i never received a bill, was told bills are sent by e- mail now i said you donot have my e- mail address.they they did and e-mail address they said they had was a address that was over ten years old.

Would give zero stars if I could. Trash hasn’t been picked up in over a week, have called five times.and continually have been lied to, “We’ll pick it up tomorrow or the next day or the next”. OR. “It’s already been picked up. ” Umm, nope, it hasn’t. Guess we’ll never have trash service again. Punks.

UPDATE: After zero fox given at the local level, a corporate employee named Tonya intervened and the issue was resolved immediately. An e-mail of demands were sent and they were met in an efficient and respectable manner. As promised, the all-important review star was increased by 40%. Thank you, Tonya.

Worst service Ever. If you have any other option for pickup, use it.
