Waste Management - Philadelphia Transfer Station

I am disgusted by the Waste Management's actions by telling the citizens to do their job for them; wrap recycling mixed with garbage inside black bags! Short staff of the Recycling Dept is no excuse not to pick up Recycle piling up for weeks, only for people to get fined-tell garbage disposal to pick up everything! Truly a shame for Waste Management to not do their job!

I can comfortable say this has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We've gone a month without getting our trash picked up. I've called multiple times every week. Been told I'll get called back and dont. Have had special pick ups, to be rescheduled or ignored entirely. I've shown Buddhist like patience with this company but have finally had enough. Do yourself a favor and do not work with this company. Your getting cheaper service than the price.

Horrible! Sometimes they pick up the trash, sometimes they don’t. They gave me a home recycling container for my commercial account. It’s an awkward shape for cardboard. Now they tell me that I’m going to be fined if the edge of the cardboard sticks over the edge of the bin at all. Horrible horrible company, all they do is find ways to add onto the already high prices. Avoid at all costs!

You sign a 3 year contract that goes automatically to another 3 year!
You can never get them off your back. My advice is to not agree to this terms and find our company.

Wow I dump few box there and drive told me he will call cops or either pay me 50 bucks
And don’t forget there is sign for dump or don’t dump

Every thing is great until you want to cancel the service.
They don;t get back to you, don;t know to tell you how long you will wait or when they will contact you back.but if you want a new service they are right there for you.
Truly annoying.
