Waterford Pizza And More

Ordered my pizza well done and it was undercooked. Tasted really good but was disappointed in the crust. Would possibly come back but probably not.

The best pizza place in the area. We eat pizza fairly regularly from many places. But this has become our go to spot.

I've been meaning to share my thoughts on Waterford Pizza for some time now. At the outset, I didn't have particularly high expectations, considering it's the last pizza place in Waterford. However, after placing not one, but two orders, both featuring pepperoni and extra toppings like veggies and meat lovers, I can confidently say that my overall experience was decent, and I'm inclined to return.

I had reservations about the delivery option, especially given our location in a more rural area. Surprisingly, there were no hiccups, and the service was executed flawlessly. Whether it's for football season or any other occasion, it's a reliable choice. Every aspect of my experience was enjoyable, and when I called to confirm the delivery, I encountered exceptional customer service.

Now, as for the food itself, it was a bit of a mixed bag. The first order, which included meat lovers, a supreme, and a pepperoni with extra cheese, met my expectations and was decent. However, the second order, which featured the same items, missed the mark. The dough seemed a tad undercooked, and the pizzas were somewhat dry, especially the meat lovers and pepperoni with extra cheese. The chicken bacon ranch pizza, though also dry, was more tolerable. On a positive note, we also ordered wings, and those were excellent, especially the buffalo style, which was on point.

When ordering from a local pizza restaurant, it's worth noting that you might encounter variations in quality given the circumstances. I understand and appreciate this, and I'm willing to dine here again as long as the food tastes good and is made with sustainable ingredients without fillers.

Pizza and antipasto salad was great but the wings not so much. The wings were very small and overcooked. Orders are always ready quickly and everyone is friendly.

Ok so hear me out, the food has been On point! I always get an extra cheese pizza with mushrooms and y’all legit chef kiss amazing. My son says they make an amazing subs. Customer service is amazing also. Honestly just give them a try it’s worth the drive into Waterford.

Pep balls are awesome and we ordered thin crust came out great not cheap like other company's and skimp out on cheese

Wings and Pizza were amazing. My only complaint is we were quoted 20 to 25 minutes and it took an hour to receive our food. However the food quickly over powered the frustration of the wait.

This place backed out of the greater Erie coupon book sold in local school fundraisers after they already sold them all. Really?

Ordered from here for the scheduled order pickup option at about 4: 40 pm for pickup at 6: 10 pm. When we picked up our food, it was almost as if they had put our order in immediately after getting our order and let it sit for 30 mins or so until or pickup time as our pizzas were so cold I could pick up one piece of the pizzas and the whole pizza picked up out of the box as a whole, like it was cardboard. Called to complain and they wanted me to drive back 15 mins from our house to bring them our nasty, cold food so they could remake it, with two children who were already over being in the car. Needless to say, after the poor customer service for our food being so bad, we will never order food from there again! Beware of this happening if you order a scheduled pickup for later!

Try to order today I usually order 2 extra large pepperoni calzones which never has any issues but today I got told you You either get it our way or no more don't order very rude customer service not happy at all I don't understand why they can't just put extra pepperoni like they usually do Great I'm paying for it after all even if I was wrong on it well I'm wrong but even when they make their regular calzones they don't even put as much pepperoni as they do on a pizza in The Calzones

My experience with the shop was pretty bad the customer service was really bad but I kept on coming back because I actually enjoyed their calzones and I would always ask for extra pepperoni and I'd be happy paying the extra $3 but when I found out I was getting only a large calzone when ordering an extra large calzone and every time I ordered extra pepperoni on it they wouldn't actually put extra pepperoni on it yeah I asked him about it and then they said that they don't do custom calzones but they were charging me to add the extra pepperoni anyways without even adding there for pepperoni and the only reason why I gave them a two star review pretty dang good

Very clean well organized Pizza parlor or shop great food and drinks at reasonable prices for considering what the economy is going through right now

Locally owned and great pizza. Occasionally they run out of an ingredient but with the supply chain being what it is who doesn't. Try the Greek Pizza.

We ordered the 16" Supreme. Don't change a thing! There are several places to get pizza in Waterford but this is the best. You earned a faithful customer. Thank you.

Was told it would be 45 minutes and 1 and 1/2 hours later had to call to see if they got lost. When they finally got here the pizza was cold, honestly I wasn't even hungry anymore because I was so mad. My husband gave me his crust and it tasted like cardboard
