Waterworks Shopping Plaza reviews
26 All of the staff at this location was very friendly, helpful and efficient.
And they were able to address all of my needs and concerns.
Great staff. Very professional. The dr was fantastic. One of the best eye exam's i have ever had.
I have been going to this office for a few years. Everyone there was new and very friendly. I saw Dr. Short and he was very personable and went over everything with me during my exam.
Then came Leslie and Leslie took care of my glasses. Leslie made me feel like we knew each other for years. Very professional and very friendly at the same time. Can’t wait to go back to pick up my new glasses. Keep up the great work.
Great staff. They had great customer service. Helped me to pick out a nice pair of glasses I will continue to go back to this place when need be. And would recommend them.
The service of all employees was fast and friendly all while maintaining safety measures. We felt important and will be bringing all members of our family to this facility. My daughter and I both found a pair of frames that were perfect! Thanks Pearle Vision!
This strip mall is so convenient with coffee shops, Walmart, pet stores, shoe stores, sport stores, sally beauty, phone stores giant eagle, Panera bread, a movie theater, Ross, Marshall’s & tjmax, bath and body works, 5 below, Barnes and nobles there’s so many stores in one place you could spend you’re whole day and get all you’re shopping and only have to park once!
Nice jewelry section. When shopping here, you need to shop and compare it with Marshall, the price is the same but sometimes I could find items with the color I like in one or the other.
Busy mall with a good variety of famous named stores for all your needs
Also a number of fast food places as well as a variety of restaurants. Movie theater, large Giant Eagle with many speciality items. Hugh parking lot
Many good stores and restaurants as well as an outpatient medical facility.
Free parking. Easy access.
Lots of store to choose from but the down side of it is finding an empty space to park. As soon as someone pulls out of a space, it's taken by another car.
Large shopping center with a variety of shops for pretty much all of your needs. Beautifully redone Giant Eagle Market District. Burgatory, Wendy's, McDonalds, Eat n Park, and other restaurants. Can get pretty busy and sometimes parking close to where you're going can be an issue especially on weekends.
Barnes & Noble, Bed Bath & Beyond, Dunham's Sports, Giant Eagle, Marshalls, Petco, TJ Maxx, and Walmart
Love this shopping plaza; especially the Marshalls & TJ Maxx stores. I also love shopping at Giant Eagle, Walmart and Ross stores.
Everything is conveniently located in one area!
Went to the Walmart in the shopping center. It's a small Walmart but they had what I needed to purchase.
Well this place could be a great shopping center but because everyone smokes and spreads their dirty air around it’s downright disgusting. The smoking ban is not upheld. The people begging for money that stare at you are rude. I no longer visit here and must drive into the city now. Poorly managed and so sad cause if it were it could be a safe and nice place to shop.
Nice shopping plaza with a variety or stores. Not a bad area for shopping. Freeport rd can get congested from the traffic. Steer clear of the ghetto walmart, seems like a lot unsavory clientele gets transported here for whatever reason and its not a nice walmart either.
There's a lot to do and see here but the parking lot can be a pain to navigate and the traffic lights on Freeport are not well timed. Includes several restaurants, Giant Eagle grocery, a Walmart, a couple of boutique clothing stores, a Petco, a Bed Bath Beyond, a Party City, a Game Stop. Restaurant selection ranges anywhere from fast food like Wendy's, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Five Guys to more traditional restaurants like Ichiban Steakhouse, Chipotle, Burgatory, and Eat n' Park. There is also Waterworks Cinema which has a $5 movie night deal on Mondays with free popcorn (Monday: small bag only).
A nice mix of inexpensive and $$ restaurants. They have two grocery stores, a theater, and a variety of stores. This is my favorite place for dinner and a movie
Wide selection of stores. Traffic can be challenging, both in the parking lot and on the street.
This is one of Pittsburgh's best shopping centers. Since its beginning back in the 1980s it has always been clean and well maintained.
Always a nice mix of shops. Unlike Ross Park Mall's collection of nothing but overpriced clothing stores.
Nice restaurants, Market District and movie theater.
We continue to enjoy our doing our shopping there.
