Its a good store from the business stand point.the customers are the worst.they leave their car at the gas pump and go in the store for a long time.very inconsiderate.crowded

Fast service, great food, clean store, they have a little bit of everything. They except food stamps but you can not buy hot food with the FS very clean store and super friendly people working their. Everything is responsibly priced! The food is amazing and made fresh to order!

Worst Wawa in the valley. Air machine is perpetually broken, pumps barely work. The food is always a disappointment, and a general air of uncleanness will make this a Wawa to avoid.

Normally I love Wawa, but today's experience with trying curbside pickup sucked. No one ever brought my food and coffee out, finally I went into the store and was given cold coffee cold breakfast sandwich, and no applogy or anything. If I didn't have tonget to work I would have asked for replacement order. Won't be using this service again!

I was there today and brought a ham and Turkey sandwich. I selected extra oil and vinegar and verbally requested lots of vinegar and oil so that it was wet. The sandwich was dry with bland taste and no oil or vinegar.
Very disappointed.

I came into WAWA at 3: 00 am, a women named Nicole was working at the time in the deli and I ordered a club sandwich with bacon, NO lettuce or tomato. I unfortunately received lettuce and tomato, I did not receive any bacon. I know it was late but what if I was allergic to something that was put on my sandwich. Shake my head. I will not be ordering anything else from there.

Great sandwiches! Love talking to the older women that is there in mornings. My wife knows her name. She is very polite.

This store was just remodeled and every time I go in there there is trash on the floor and I don’t believe they ever clean the door windows. I bought hoagies from there today and they hardly used any lettuce or tomatoes or onions. I asked for extra mayo and hardly got any. It was more like a ham and cheese sandwich on a roll. The employees aren’t very friendly. I worked for Wawa and I know how things should be and it’s not happening at this store.

This wawa location was so rude. They not only don’t bag your food when you order, they just stack it there for you to bag yourself. My fiancé got a burrito and as he grabbed his burrito, it fell on the floor because the opening to the bag was towards him instead of away. He grabbed it thinking it was away from him and it fell on the floor. When he told them, the lady was so rude and ignorant about remaking it. She was complaining the whole time and it took her 30 seconds to remake it (way too fast, even for a small burrito) Sheetz is 100% better than wawa. Losing business left and right wawa. So disgusted.

Great food. But the customer service at checkout was horrific. Didn't say hello, looked miserable and was not pleasant at all, slammed the bag on the counter. I feel sorry for whoever hired Kathleen.

Firstly, I want to say I LOVE WAWA. It is always my first convenience store choice. However, I will not choose the 25th Street Easton PA WAWA again unless my life depends on it! It was disgusting at 7: 30 A. M.and that should not be! The night shift should have had that place spic and span and ready for guests - i.e. CUSTOMERS. After driving back from the Philly airport, I stopped for coffee and a Sizzly. But after a long drive I needed to use the restroom. I go into the ladies room and there is toilet paper all over the floor, urine on the toilet seat, the sink, soap dispenser and hand dryer had soap scum on them! How? And to top it off, there was a dried up turd on the floor. Wow!
After being completely grossed out, I foolishly continued to go and get my items. I head to the register where the cashier is eating with one hand and operating the register with the other. No greeting. No acknowledgement toward my existence at all. I have never ever experienced a WAWA like this! Disgusting is all I can say.
This WAWA needs to remind their associates that the customers are guests and just like entering your home, they should have a welcome feeling, not repulsed.

Would give it 5 stars, but getting out of the parking lot is a pain in the neck. Other than that, it is a good store with good help.

Clean store, friendly staff, sometimes parking/traffic challenges, issues are rare and have always been fixed quickly and pleasantly

I always love Wawa. Service at this particular Wawa is friendly. Rarely a complaint for any Wawa.

I don't like the parking lot. Getting in and out is difficult. I think the coffee is great. They could have more registers open. I don't like the wait to check out.

Terrible service, nothing that I ordered was right. I will never go there again for food and I suggest that no one goes there.

They often get orders wrong and I was very unhappy with the quality of the soups and sides. My soup was cold and hardly had any liquid in it. It was all noodles.

Upset that I can't never get a breakfast sandwich. They make them when they feel like it. No set times. I give my business to Quick check. Breakfast sandwich on demand. Anytime i want it with hot coffee. Sorry WAWA. You dropped the ball

Busy majority of the time but they get food to you very fast! There are always pumps open and prices are not bad.
