24 The lines are extremely long, you can do much better business, I wouldn’t ever go to this store. I am waiting 30 minutes, no food.
The store manager shouldn’t work here. Way too long. I wouldn’t have ordered anything if I know upfront how long it will take.
Employees are EXTREMELY LAZY! They just talk to each, complaining and doing nothing. We’ve been waiting for one smoothie for 19: 30 minutes! The worst Wawa I’ve ever been!
It’s hard to mess up a Wawa order this bad. Staff was rude when they didn’t have half the ingredients for my order (shocker, expect it, nothing new.), but also just the pace and service and cleanliness of the store. There’s a reason I don’t go to city Wawa’s and this place is a prime example of why. Please get it together. It’s embarrassing.
This store all the employees act like the customer is a nuisance. They flagrantly ignore you. Talk about you behind your back but loud enough to hear.
The combinations of the sandwich and the Colombia coffee were disgusting mess! Worse experience ever. I had to order a new food from different place
Lack of customer service & professionalism from a few employees, the security guard is more professional than some of them. When I asked for a receipt the cashier had a nasty attitude like I was asking her to do too much. They're supposed to offer you your receipt for anything you purchased like other businesses do.
I have had a number of good experiences at this location BUT the apparent food poisoning I received from a mashed potato bowl with meat on 9/11/19 led to over 4 days of illness.
I went to use the atm machine at this wawa (1707 arch st). On the machine it said "no surcharge. The machine charged me 2.50.
Typical Wawa location, in a good way. It's usually pretty busy, especially around early morning/lunch times. Thankfully they (try to) have three registers going during these times. Sandwiches are usually a 5-10 min wait depending on how busy it is. Also a little tight inside. I always feel like I'm in the way when waiting. Staff is respectful.
I work a block away from location on 1707 Arch Street. You will receive better customer service from a security guard there than the actual staff. I go there mainly during my lunch around 3pm or later. I can usually tolerate their lack of good customer service but then the food orders were wrong (something always missing). Gossip and talking over people food while prepping. If you ask a question, your given incorrect information. My experience two days ago was horrendous. I grabbed an Express salad (Chicken Ceaser) and cut fruit. My items were free because I have earned rewards. The customer service rep didn't understand what I was trying to ask about scanning my rewards card. So I said I'll figure it out later but thank you. The purchase was complete and I asked for my receipt. She told me I can get it myself. Unprofessional, rude, and should not hold a job providing any service. I went back to work, reported this terrible location. I opened up my sealed, wrapped Express salad and find a bug crawling from under my lettuce. I screamed. Took pictures. Reported all information asked. The call center rep said sorry and left it at that. I did not receive anything. It takes a lot of spending to constantly receive rewards. Horrific experience. I will be requesting the rest of my funds off Wawa app and close it. Management or hire ups, please send someone representing this company top this store secretly. It should close or hire new staff.
The store is designed really poorly and is always a madhouse during the lunch rush. There's literally people standing in front of the door because that's the only place to wait for your food. Twice they've actually forgotten to make my food, or someone else took it, but neither time did they offer any solution. They just kind of said "idk man" and kept going about their business. Don't go here unless you're going after 1: 30 if you want to be out in any timely manner with all the food you ordered
Everything I’ve gotten here was dripping with grease and fell apart while I tried to eat it. Ingredients are always tossed around. The same guy hits me up for change at the front door every time I’ve been here.
There are plenty of other cheap and fast places within a block or two that serve better food.
A convenience store with a million coffee choices, sodas, power drinks, juices, milk, sandwiches, breakfast, lunch, cigarettes, salty snacks, candy and more. The staff is quirky. For example, 3 out of 5 times I didn't get exactly what I ordered on my sandwich the first time. Also, don't expect chit-chat or thank yous at the registers.
I just went into this wawa for lunch with my wife. The two young African american young ladies behind the counter were extremely rude. While preparing customer food they were on their phone, cussing at one another, my wife thought they had called her a b! + (%. Our food is nasty my macaroni and cheese was cold and it taste liked they used old cheese, my wife's hoagie had hair in it. I will never go to this Wawa again as it needs new employees with good customer service skills that know how to cook. I will continue to go else were. Who manages this place?
Cheap, good and fast. We got French vanilla coffee and cinnamon bun was very tasty and delightfully.
My first Wawa store experience. The staff is friendly and service quick despite the rush. Convenient for picking up basic food essentials as well.
Maybe its because I didn't grow up in Philadelphia, but I could not tell the difference between Wawa and any other convenience store. It's not bad, but I don't get the hype.
Wawa is the most well loved store I've ever been in. The service is grate and the hoggies are freshly made to order and quick. Love it

Waited a lil bit for my food in here not as fast as other locations I been to.
They charged me for something I didn't buy, fortunately I took a receipt, when I looked at it it was for a sandwich. I went back to the line and waited and got reimbursed. When I asked the guy why that happened he said forgot to clear the register but that didn't convince me.
