Wawa, Reading PA

The people making the sandwiches need to learn to read the tickets. Three times in a row, mayonnaise on my sandwich. Three times in a row into the trash it goes. Will never go there again.

Every morning you never know if you are going to be able to get a breakfast sizzli. It's busy every morning at 6am and you would think the breakfast sizzli's would be full ready to go every morning.

This wawa has the rudest employees. This is twice in the last 2 weeks I have experienced the same rude behavior here. I thought maybe the first time someone was having a bad day, but I was wrong. They are not pleasant at all. I work in the restaurant industry and I know it is tough for everyone right now, but I have had enough of it here. I say hi each time to any employee I come in contact with, no reply. I thank them, no reply. I know they can hear me, I’m saying it loud and clear even through a mask. Guy at the register, especially rude today. Wont make much of a difference to them, but I’m NOT going here anymore.

No more wawa.woman making our food had mask below chin and man behind the counter with her said to a customer "have a good night" and when the customer did not respond he made a sarcastic remark in return. The guy making coffee had a face shield on the was basically flipped all the way up. Meanwhile over the radio in the location we are being told all the things they're doing to keep people safe. The woman alone could have infected countless people. If you're going to work with the public right now, wear a mask and help keep us safe

I won't be going here for gas or for food until they stop blasting unmuteable ads every time I fill my gas.

Showed up 6: 30AM Friday, stopped at drive thru speaker only to find out that that speaker wasn't in use. Found working speaker around the corner. Cashier wasn't very friendly, and did not enclose a receipt or any napkins. Disappointed in this location.

Oh wau, what a nice place to stop for a cup a coffee, a quick bite and everything in between, also gas. The Pumpkin Spice Coffee is simple amazing. Love it

Workers all out side smoking. No window wash at pumps. Pumps had trash all around. Manager walked around talking/yelling at employees angerly. No a freindly enviroment

Manager treated her employees with disrespect in front of customers. Other then that gotta love wawa!

Very very sloppy with the food and how they serve it, I understand it gets busy but it's unacceptable to give somone a cup of soup in a bag with soup all over the place. They should pay more attention and take pride in the food and presentation of food they are serving!

The day-time manager is rude and disrespectful to the employees. Yelling at them in front of customers across the store. This woman has zero customer service skills and does not seem to care about the teams spirit. The team members seem to have a tough time bouncing back after she yells at them. It's disgraceful, these are adults working in this store.

Such a horrible, noisy place to conduct business! This Wawa was recently remodeled but I don’t see a difference. Prices are higher than Sheetz in both fuel and food. The Wawa on 61 is not as noisy and is a few pennies a gallon cheaper than this Spring Township location. Must they play that crappy music above people’s heads in the crapper so freakin’ loud? Drive on, there’s plenty of gas stations with coffee.

Great variety, friendly staff, speedy service. Everything you need under one roof. Love my Wawa.

Typical Wawa / convenience store. I do like Wawa's coffee setup. I have much more variety than a place like Sheetz or Turkey Hill. And it's better tasting coffee in my opinion. Didn't seem too crowded at 7AM. Checkout counter person was super speedy. I appreciated that!

A very nice place to go get a quick lunch or snack. Ever since they remodeled the place, it just makes you want to stop in, just to look around. Lol
