Wawa, Philadelphia PA

Have seen employees without gloves or masks on multiple occasions. Not to mention I have to run around the store to find the pretzels that they refuse to put out on display for some reason.

How is possible you go to wawa to get your coffe and there's no coffee this is ridiculous is a coffee store and you ask to employee and they look at you turn around and walk away i use to spend money every day on this store i go to dunking donnuts since today

I come here almost every morning with my Wife, she gets her capachino with a breakfast sandwich, & I get my tea & breakfast sandwich. I got no complaints about this opportunity place. It's clean, staff is friendly, food is good.

The placement of the ATM machines are not convenient due to covid-19 you are only allowed to use one of the three ATM machines. Also there is no hot food.

I just want to say the afro American guy with the beard whom not only didn't mark any of my 4 hoagies as to which had what on it but also did not put what I asked be on it. When I mentioned that he didn't mark them he responds my bad. Next time I'm there I will be making mention of it to a manager

I don’t eat meat, allergic to MUSTARD and I hate pickles. Got home and in my bag was a roast beef with mustard and pickle sandwich. ARE YALL TRYING TO F******ing kill me? ! It then took a while to get what I ordered after already being home. HORRIBLE! BIG THUMBS DOWN. A**holes

Old style small with crammed parking and no gas. Getting out of that area in the morning is a nightmare. Try another location.

Everytime I buy a hoagie it's always wrong.can you actually hire people who can read the screen correctly?

Place an ordee and pay for it and you have time to go outside joje with yhe guys smoke a cigarette ans come back and the order will likely still not be ready even when they have little to no business. Completely inconvenient

Everything is perfect with this wawa, staff are friendly, their food is great, they have everything you meed however I did not give a 5 star rating because they have this homeless people that open the door for people (they are not employed by wawa) and then they harass ypu for change. Come on wawa get one of your employees to remove them from the property. I dont want to be harassed while living the store and I dont want to be insulted by them because I dont give them money for drugs.

I used to love this location but now I try to avoid it. MOST of the staff is awesome.nice, helpful and can put together your order right and WELL.
Almost every single time I order food here it's messed up anymore though. 3 times in this past week or so Turquoise has put tomato SAUCE on my hoagie instead of tomatoes. If she is making your order.double check it before you leave or watch her make it. She's messes up something every time i think ive watched the "hardest" thing.
Half of them ALWAYS forget our bacon as well. I must have lost at least $100 in bacon this last year, that I've paid for but they didn't put on my quesadilla or sandwich.
The beggar situation is absolutely out of control again.a beggar at each door and sometimes they can even be quite rude. I don't think they bother to tell them to leave anymore.
It's generally clean in here and like I said before, most of the employees are awesome but the constant messing up our food orders and the beggars are making me avoid this location now.

Ok, so I would visit this Wawa every morning before work. While there, some staff @ this Wawa are very rude & unprofessional every single day. They also don't follow very good directions with your order. One female employee who does the breakfast sizzlis there has a very nasty attitude and a mouth that would get her hurt, seriously. Plus a few other employees there as well but she's the worst one, so bad to the point you wonder how did she ever get the job. She never hears what you ordered, supposedly, and always very sarcastic. She tries to argue with you in her own little calm way. She also makes statements like "did you pay? ", as if she's accusing me of being a thief. Now I'm not one to brag, but sweety I'm almost certain that I make far more money than you. And.her uniform decor is very unprofessional; she needs bigger clothes when handling business. & I don't mean to sound racists but she act like she's black. I guess she thinks her butt looks good when it actually looks like she got her behind beat with pots. Point is, I hate this Wawa, & I wasn't afraid to let them know it (especially her) ; they really need to get some tips from Richmond St. Wawa about customer service. That's why I quit spending my money here. Not to mention Wawa's coffee is always cold, period! Ok, I'm done. LOL

This wawa is the best! The staff is like family. Everyone is friendly and has great customer services skills

Even though it was a super busy fast lunch rush today, I still got my chicken sandwich on time and it was great
