Lana is my favorite! She's so sweet and kind, and you feel comfortable with her. No pain at all! She explains everything she does. Love her and I will be going back to her!

Lana is the best wax specialist I ever had. She was very friendly, professional, and very accurate. You won’t be disappointed!

Waxer didn’t show up for her shift, so the waxing couldn’t be done. They didn’t seem to care. Manager is submoronic. Front desk staff aren’t proactive and don’t know the policies. Facility smells.

Have been going to wax the city for over a year and love it. Shayla and other Staff is professional and super nice. Reasonable pricing and I never have to wait!

I highly recommend Amber! The wax at waxing the city is very gentle and much less painful than other hard waxes. Overall a great experience!

Had a great first experience at this location. It was a little hard to find at first, so make sure you walk around the famous footwear and it's located on the side there! The receptionist was so nice when she checked me in and the wax technician listened to my needs. Thank you all so much!

Came across Waxing the City after a few years not getting waxed regularly and coming from EWC. Thank God I did! I was nervous about the pain, but the wax here is magical, I swear. Amber was absolutely amazing and so easy to talk to. She did a great job and really cares! Book with Amber!

This place is SO much better than European Wax Center. I won’t go anywhere else now! Amber is seriously fantastic! Highly recommend her as your wax specialist. She’s quick, reliable, fun to talk to, and knows how to get the job done with minimal pain, even in very sensitive areas!

Recently switched to Waxing the City after my go-to aesthetician (Amber) moved here and I couldn’t be happier with my service. Amber was really able to take her time with my service here, and the wax they use felt high quality and less painful than I’m used to. All of the wax artists I saw are amazing but I’d rec against signing up for club orange at all costs. As a travel nurse I took a contract out of range of waxing the city and asked to place my membership on hold 12/30/22. They said I could place it on hold for 4 months and that I’d still be charged for January. Great, moved on and away. 2/2/22 I was charged again. I called and requested a refund r/t holding my contract. They said the hold was accidentally placed for 1 month vs 4 but that they corrected it and would forward my refund request to management. I should hear from them within 1-2 weeks. Never heard from them. Today 3/2/22 I was just charged againnn. After placing my account on hold twice now and being assured the issue was corrected. At this point I’m just going to dispute the charges with my bank bc they’re fraudulent and I’ve now paid out $150 for services that were placed on hold. Never ever sign up for club orange. Massive scam or poor management at this location. Either way it’s not worth it

Waxing the City is top notch with a great staff and service. Their technigue is less painful then the other centers. Jocelyn is very good at what she does. She's experienced and a true professional. I will definitely be going back!

Found this place on a whim and i’ve loved it ever since! It’s been a couple months since jocelyn has been doing my brows and every time i stop in for my monthly appointment, i always leave feeling so happy with my experience! She’s super friendly and attentive, & each of the receptionists always greet me when i walk in— they’re just as kind and welcoming) this is definitely the place to go!
