Peppy paced burger joint that far surpasses any other beef patty place we have been to in a very long time!

Wow there's always a first. I ordered a cheesy reg and a cheesy with fixings. Some how they mix them both and the receipt states clearly what the burgers were supposed to be. Smh should have checked at the restaurant before leaving. No more online ordering for me.

Terrible service, and horrible food for the cost. The employees are probably the reason seeing how they were kids being managed by a kid. We tried this place three times, and will not go back.

What a mess! Loads of people complaining about orders coming late! Our order was completely wrong. One member of staff shouting continually!

Ordered a single craft your own, with just about everything on it. Received a plain cheese burger, missing all toppings. It was part of a group order, less than 50% correct. Do not recommend unless you're going to eat in, so you can get messed up orders fixed.

Edit: since Wayback responded I'll add a little more detail, if I remember correctly we ordered for 9 people, the receipt was correct and included exactly what was ordered, the burgers on the order were hand numbered with a maker, and the sandwich paper also had numbers. But the numbers on the receipt did not all match up. Are you saying it is expected that all customers, and food delivery personnel would unwrap all ordered food to double-check before leaving?

Worst experience ever. We placed an order at work on DoorDash for pick up. They said the order didn't come through when the person got there to pick it up. She showed them the order, so they made it. Every single burger, we ordered 7 of them, was wrong. They had them numbered on the receipt, and on each wrapper but the numbers did not match. Our office is about 7 minutes away and everything was cold and gross. We will never do a group order there again.

Food was good, what I come to expect from a Way Back Buger location. The food was prepared quickly. The overall cleanliness was not up to par. The floor was sticky, especially in the bathroom.

It’s a hit or miss at this location. Fryer oil is changed once a month and you can definitely taste the difference with anything fried. Also a bit too much grease coming off the grill with the burgers. Check how soggy the buns are. Using lower quality meat is most likely the culprit.

Some of the drink machines weren't working, I guess due to availability. Unfortunately they're not open some evenings due to staffing shortages. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The food is still good and reasonably priced.

Ordered online for pickup. Order was ready upon entry and there was spit in my burger. Took one bite and a line of spit came with it. Never again will I go there.

Delicious burgers. I love the chicken tenders and the cheese stakes. Staff is very nice and the place is clean. Spacious bathroom and reasonable prices for the food served. I only gave 4 stars because the portions are small for the price charged.
Overall, a good place. I recommend this way back burgers.

Ordered fries, did get them, when I asked for my fries I got no response

In town for the week and really wanted a decent burger and fries but wanted something new instead of Wendy’s. I never heard of Wayback Burger but decided to give them a try. Was pleasantly pleased with the quality of food. Will definitely return for another visit.

The burgers come out nicely done and taste great! I also got to try the Mac and cheese nuggets and they were delicious.

Kids found a new place to eat, they loved it.
Food was all really good, fresh and cooked to perfection. Staff was friendly. Wasn't too crowded when we got there, picked up a little while we were there. Food took about 15mins to get, they apologized it too a little time. I didn't think it was a long time to get it all cooked (there were 4 of us)
Kids got milkshakes after dinner. Man were they good. I had a sip of each chocolate banana and then oreo mud pie.

Manager steps in to make sure I'm out the door since I'm on break i appreciated that very clean
