Haven't been there in 5 or 6 years now I remember why-grainy flavorless meat not worth the price

This is the place to go for a good burger. Be prepared to wait because everything is made to order. The prices are comparable to 5 Guys. But I feel like these burgers are superior. They are a lot less sloppy (and I do agree that there is a time and a place for a good, sloppy burger). They even offer an option for a little bit of onion rings with some french fries. Perfect for sharing or if you want a little of each.

Delivery order was terrible. None of the 3 burgers had any toppings, all overcooked and dry. Sides were TINY. 7 total fried pickle pieces. Won't order again.

Ordered from here twice during our stay at the hospital. The burgers were good, the environment was clean and the staff was friendly.

Only complaint, they did not add the sauce requested both times. Luckily I checked the second time and asked for the dipping sauces.

Took so long half cooked with hamburger not going back sorry young manger didn't even care what I had to say

Quick word of advice, if you are going to eat here, just look around first. I think there are much better burger options not too far from here. And for the price, you're just not getting much.

Acceptable experience with food today. More expensive than it should be given that the hamburger meat is fast-food; it has a good taste but it's low quality. The meat doesn't hold together and it's "heavy"; I take this as a sign that fat content is high. Good as a standby place to go, but there are better burgers for less money. 3.5 stars for taste, not for nutrition; as with any fast food place, it's probably good to limit visits. The prices surprise me, though. Even with inflation (or maybe I'm just not used to this yet), $9.00 for a hamburger and fixings (excluding fries and drink: +$5.50) seems exceptionally high. Restaurant was not clean (greasy floors, dirty tables), and grilling/preparation area was not maintained well despite the restaurant having just a few customers. No cooking food was on the grill, but there was a lot of "gunk" there. Service was ok and certainly friendly once we were asked what we wanted-which took 5 minutes. This is after the couple ahead ordered and cashier/order-taker left without taking our order first.

Customer services is terrible and they ripped me off and didn’t fill the fries and shake up all the way they were lazy and didn’t want to serve anymore people

Received promotional coupons by mail and figured I would try their burgers (2for1 promo). Were made to order, which was nice, and took about 15 minutes. Once received, only 2 of the 4 burgers, were in the bag. I alerted the counter person of the error, which she stated they would correct. Here's where the failed customer service comes into play. Instead of fixing the situation with 2 burgers already on the grill, they added 2 more which took another 20 minutes to prepare. All in all, it took about 40 minutes to receive my full order. Once received, no apology from the staff or manager about the screwed up order. I guess I should be happy that I checked the bag before I got home.

Not worth the wait. Trying to be a five guys and failing. We ordered at 5: 58 pm didn’t receive our food till 6: 38. They should not be receiving door dash orders when they can’t handle the customers in the store.

We came here to eat dinner prior to doing some errands. There was a couple sitting at a table waiting for their order. We ordered our food and sat down. A few men walked in and ordered their food and sat down. Within 15 min they received their food and we were still sitting there. One of the workers came over and said that the other people received our order and they are working on ours and they apologize. We said thats fine we understand. Another 25 minutes go by and another worker came over and asked if we were waiting for something. I said our food. She asked my name and I told her and she looked confused and said she will be right back. A few minutes later she came back with our food and said it was bagged up for pick up. When we received our food they did not even make my husband's tater tots. The worker did make them but we were half way done with our meal. The food wasn't as fresh as if we would have gotten it right away but all in all the food was good and the staff was nice. Need more staff. I felt sorry for the workers.

Just there. So good just had the October fest burger, no mustard add bbq sauce. Yum! Had the s’mores shake! Way better than other burger places. Great customer service too!

First time trying Wayback Burger, I spent $52 on an order and my grilled chicken was raw entirely! As soon as I open the sandwich you can tell it’s raw! Check picture below I couldn’t speak to anyone cause they had just closed but I will be taking the sandwich back tomorrow.

To me the perfect burger place. The burger meat melt in your mouth, the bun is soft not soggy, in others words what your see in the picture is what you get. Simole menu, nothing overwelming and packed. For some it can be little pricy but for me, see my picky 12 years old son devouring the burger faster than me is worth it. My only con is kind of hide from everything should be in an open space to be noticed. I recomend this place to anyone that like burgers

Absolutely horrible. My husband and I ordered delivery from here last night as new comers to the area. We saw the menu and thought "wow these look delicious! Lets try it! " After our one uber delivery driver cancelled b/c the food wasn't ready, the second waited and waited and waited at the restaurant. 45 minutes later we finally got our food. No, this wasn't an Uber situation, this was merely the restaurant taking way too long for 2 burgers and an order of onion rings/french fries. By the time we got them, which mind you we only live 5 minutes away the food was entirely COLD. I had to put both mine and my husbands burgers in the microwave to make them somewhat enjoyable. Once heated up, I can say they were delicious, but it was the waiting & cold food delivery that is making me give 1-star. Maybe going to the restaurant to eat itself will be better? Who knows.
