Wayback Burgers, Chalfont PA

Picked on Friday night 1/6,
Servers were nice and pleasant but food was cold when we got home, fries had to be recooked, burgers were warm at best, we only drove 5 minutes with food.
Milk shake was good.

Like a local version of five guys, except better. Sad comparison but truly a very relaxed place that needs more business.

Fantastic hamburger. Very nice to get a delicious hamburger at this price point. The onion rings are perfect!

The nicest staff and they are always friendly. The food is usually on point! I would recommend this location for sure!

My fiancé and I get food from here all the time. Everything is always correct, the food is always delicious, and the employees are so nice! I love this place so much! (Great options for vegetarians and vegans too!)

The people were very friendly but the value I got for the price was sorely lacking. Burger was nothing special and far too small for the bun. This is my first time here and at twice the price of McDonald's, I would definitely not return. Smashburger is far superior for the price.

My chocolate milkshake tasted like mint. I guess it all pours through the same spout. Too bad it can't be rinsed when changing flavors. I hate mint

This was a pretty good Wayback Burgers location. The counter people were friendly, but it took quite a bit of time to get my food. When my food finally arrived, it was well prepared and the toppings were good, especially the grilled onions. The fries were tasty with plenty of salt, but I would have like them to be crispier. Pricing is a little high, but expected for an establishment like this, since it's not fast food.

Don't get me wrong the food was good. Service was ok. They messed up names on several orders and tryed to figure what everyone had. 2 adult and a child we spent 50 bucks. The prices are way to high for a Burger place. We probably won't eat here again. 50 bucks we can have a nice sit down dinner

Friends invited us to JWB, saying they loved the Chalfont location. We thought, "it's a chain, how special can it be? ". We joined them for burgers & now I get it! The STAFF make this location different. VERY warm & friendly, familiar with many customers. Our food was brought to the table along with offers of condiments. Other than ordering at the counter, it felt like restaurant service. Very organized & clean. Love the counter height tables with PLENTY of elbow room! Milkshakes & onion rings are delish! Thanks for your hard work. Very refreshing! We will be back!

Horrible and Expensive!
McDondalds is better.
There was barely anything (toppings;that are extra) on the squished dry burgers, order was not accurate, old oil. The beverages forget it, old and unfilled beverage station.
For over $50 & the reviews (that were done by the owners) you’d think it would be delicious.sadly mistaken!
No, they were not packed just young kids, with a manager, that seems they have no clue what they are doing.

Absolutely horrible experience tonight. My wife she I got 2 rodeo burgers, fries and a milkshake for takeout. The burgers were oozing with BBQ sauce so much to the point you were drinking it. The fries were undercooked and soggy. Lastly the chocolate milkshake was HORRENDOUS. It tasted like straight chemicals to the point we were nervous to drink it and threw it out. Not to mention this was $32 for a fast food dinner for 2 people. This was only our second time here. The first time was very good but this time it was beyond awful. I don’t think I will be back to waste my money.

As good or better than five guys. Also have onion rings and other items for the family. Family owned. People are really nice!

The people are so nice and customer focused. Place is clean. Food is good and hot. Hard to find all 3 attributes in most fast food places. My only suggestion is turn down the music a bit. A little to loud. What a pleasant experience.

$35 for 2 people to eat and I didn't even order fries! Ridiculous! Very slow service and burgers weren't even hot.tater tots were ok, but that's it.won't go back.

First time here today. Got take out burgers and fries. Very good food and great service. Restaurant was very clean too. Will be back.

The service and food here is very good. Staff was pleasant and food made to order so it is always fresh and hot. Great place for a burger and fries.

I'm giving two stars for the foolishness. Tonight, I ordered a little over $50 worth of food through door dash and Wayback confirmed my order. Unfortunately the poor driver drove to the restaurant (once again because they confirmed my order) the person waited to pick up my order, only for Wayback Burgers to cancel my order as the Dasher waited on my food. If for any reason this restaurant thought they weren't be able to complete the order, then I don't believe they should have confirmed it. That was completely unprofessional, and not because they cancelled my order but more so that they cancelled after more than thirty minutes after I placed my order. Not cool at all

We ordered 20 burgers, fries and mac’n cheese bites for a party around Thanksgiving. The food was well prepared and packaged and remained fresh and hot well after it was brought home. The burgers are delicious, well priced and the customer service was excellent. I would recommend Wayback Burgers in the future.

The burgers here are just grand! Probably some of my favorite in this area.
You're able to select your own toppings from a variety of burgers, which helps even more with variety. You could come here regularly and still have a certain selection you haven't tried, it's great.
They've also have a good selection of tasty fries and tater tots, I definitely recommend them.
And if you needs something to wash them down, they have great milkshakes to go with it.
They've also got an easy to use app to help you order online, if ordering in person isn't your style.
If you ask I must eat place, I definitely would suggest Wayback Burgers.
