I'm very happy to say that the service department at way county Ford finally has a new crew and new management. LONG OVER DUE! And they got me fixed up and back on the road just when they said they would and went above and beyond to help me with issues on my wife's expedition. I highly recommend meeting the new faces and trusting them with your needs!

What a nightmare for me. I went to Wayne County Ford. December 2022 Wayne County Ford did an all around brake job on my 2013 Ford F-150. Apparently it was not a complete job even though they charge me a lot of money. I use the vehicle rarely on occasion around town and I never noticed any issues until I went on the highway and I started to feel a vibration and I had to pull over. After walking around the vehicle trying to figure out what’s causing it I realize a lot of heat coming from the left side front wheel. I immediately took the vehicle to a local shop and avoided going back to Ford. The shop told me that the caliper is sticking causing the vibration and heat. The shops told me that Ford did not change the caliper on that side but did the The opposite side. The shop told me they normally change calipers in pairs and that should’ve been done by Ford. They believe Ford was trying to save me money but instead it costing me more money. Ford had no problem putting in a rotor and new pads but failed to do the caliper. It ended up costing me more than $300 to replace the pads-all over again and to have a new caliper put in. Time will tell if it created any damage to the rotor hopefully there are not warped. The shop gave me Fords pads back in case I wanted to show any kind of proof should it come up in the future. What a nightmare thanks to Wayne County Ford in Honesdale.

Never go to this dealer, work is sub par, they don't back the work they don't do correctly and provide after market parts that did not work, very unhappy.

Very disappointed in there service department. This is the 2nd time I had issue with them. You fill out the paperwork what you want done to your vehicle and they call you and tell you that it is completed. And it wasn't completed. They're Technicians are not Technicians. They're parts changers that get paid by commission. Thats why when they call you and tell you need all of this unnecessary work done to your vehicle and hoping you authorize the work to cash in on you. That's what my experience was. There service manager shouldn't be the manager because he doesn't check everything out before releasing your vehicle to you. I found this out first hand
Plus I shouldn't have to bring it back for something that was suppose to be done in the beginning. With the terrible experience that I encountered I will not be returning at all.

I absolutely hate this place. I'll never bring another vehicle here, never purchase another vehicle here, nothing.

My wife scheduled a service appointment to have recalls repaired, one of which states the vehicle could catch fire, & was told it would take two hours. I show up tge day of the appointment & learn that tge repairs will now take two days rather than two hours. When questioned how/why two days rather than just a couple of hours I am told they are busy. I inquire about a loaner vehicle & am told they are very limited & they do t have any available. I reschedule the appointment as I am told I would be more likely to get a loaner. Call tge day before the new appointment only to be told there’s no loaner vehicles and they can’t guarantee a loaner.
Wayne County Ford is a major disappointment, if you cant handle the volume why don’t you hire more techs?
You’re a car dealership but you have limited loaner vehicles?
I’ll take my business elsewhere….

Who doesn't give an accurate price on their website these days? I thought it was standard. It's 2022. Turns out its not. This place is SCAM central. Price on the phone or email changes daily depending who you talk to.

Was in email contact with a salesman about a used vehicle they had listed for roughly $56,000.
I live an hour and a half away from this dealership.
I asked the salesman via email what his best price on the vehicle was. Best bottom line price.
He replied, we can do $53,200 plus tax and tags. I have it in a black and white email.
I drove the 1.5 hours, test drove the vehicle. Went to discuss the numbers with them. At which point I was informed the best price they were willing to do was $54,495 plus tax and tags.
$1300 more than what we agreed to prior to my arrival. He said he made a mistake on telling me that price.
I left, I wanted the vehicle but in principle, can't make a deal with a dealership I feel is dishonest. Mistake or not, thats their problem and lost me as a customer over it.

Wayne County Ford was great to deal with. Due to the current supply situation, I had to order a vehicle but they made this easy and even though it took much longer than expected to arrive they were friendly to deal with. I traded my vehicle in when I ordered, and in the 10 Months it took Ford to make the vehicle they honored the order price, handled the trade paperwork and taxes properly, and didn’t add on any Administrative fees that many other dealer are doing for these high demand ordered vehicles. In a tough market where new vehicles are just hard to get, they are doing a great job and being very honest and reliable. Things have changed in the way vehicles are purchased and sold, and they are adapting well to this new market.

That little orange light ended up being a great experience at Wayne County Ford.
Although I have a regular mechanic this was a unique situation with a Ford warranty that can only offer repairs at the dealer.
Besides the fact that none of my repairs were covered the representative that I had the pleasure of working with was Melissa in the service department.
Melissa and her team listened to my concerns, addressed them in writing and called me each step of the way for the repairs. She wasn’t afraid to tell me what I needed and how much it would be. My vehicle was ready in a few days and this was a very easy process that could have been stressful.
Thank you Wayne County Ford for excellent work by excellent employees.

Literally the most dishonest car dealer I’ve encountered in my life. (I’m 52 and have purchased at least 10 cars from dealers.) Unlike other dealers they won’t post prices on the internet, not to mention on the car itself. Even after expressing interest in a car, it’s impossible to get a printout for the car and anything even remotely like an actual price. It was surreal! And I feel sad for any customers hoodwinked by the false friendly smiles, who may believe that their own natural human decency is shared by these slithering snakes for salesmen. Good luck getting any type of firm financing offer - it’s obviously an independent profit center. Try getting a trade-in value for your car and being told it affects your financing rate? Typing of the paperwork is another profit center. Get this-you won’t even know what warranty comes on a Certified car, another opportunity to gauge their customers. Try just saying, “hey, cut it out” take your dealer markup but give me a price, it’s not gonna happen. Absolutely the worst!

They refused to give me a service.
They didn’t let me to place the order of the pickup truck Ford f350.

On March 28,2022 I was trying to place an order of ford f350 and I found authorized dealership through the Ford webpage.

Dealership name and address is:
Wayne County Ford
971 Texas Palmyra Hwy, Honesdale, PA 18431

before I visit the dealership I called and I asked them how much deposit should I make to place an order of truck I have built through ford official web page and they say that I must make just $500 refundable deposit and they will also need my drivers license.
I went there and meet with a sales person whose name is Mat Garnish to whom I spoke on the phone and who was nice And super professional, help me to go with all details of truck I have built.
I built 3 trucks with almost same specs all was ready to place an order, but after sales person Mat spoke to sales manager who’s name is Roger Kowalski they told me, that if I want to place an order for 3 trucks I have to make a $1000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for each truck. So they asked all totally $3000 non-refundable deposit which sounded not fair deal to me.
So I changed my mind about placing 3 orders and decided to place just one (1) truck order for $500 refundable deposit, but sales manager Roger Kowalski refused to place an order for me and he was almost screaming to me and blaming me and he was mad that I was not ok with $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit instead of $500 REFUNDABLE.

I am so very disappointed. My engine light was coming on back in June of 2021 took my car to my local guy who called Wayne County Ford about the problem. He was told only Ford could correct the problem. I made an appointment with Wayne County Ford, had to wait a month and was told it was ok to drive with light on. Finally got to appointment after a few hours I was told I was good to go. The car was again running rough apparently one of the cylinders was missing, so replace plugs (not at Ford). The car seemed to be running ok for several months. Then again the engine light was on this time I was staying at my daughters house taking care of my grandchildren. The car was running so rough, shaking. Again plugs replaced which I thought was strange. A few days later I receive a voice message from Wayne County Ford that the engine they ordered for my car was in. I was in shock, no one ever mentioned that I needed a new engine. I do have my new engine now. The loaner car they gave me to use was not in the best of running condition. The battery went dead. Again I was away from home taking care of grandchildren. I had to make arrangement myself to replace battery, which I am only being partly being reimbursed for. My car is running good, however, it was covered in mud and need a good washing. I didn't drop it off that way. Don"t go to Wayne County Ford.

If you're looking to get even fair market value for your vehicle, you went to the wrong place. Their used car prices are so high that you could conclude that they are paying top dollar for trades.nope. I brought in a beautiful, desirable 4x4 FORD truck that books at trade in on average 20k. They virtually insulated me at "about 15". Don't waste your time and gas going there. And they have no creamer for their coffee, lol.
