Beware. Attempted replacing rear brake pads and had trouble. Ordered a tow; advised driver I needed a flatbed; he convinced me that, because brake pedal was not engaged, no issues would arise from back tires rotating behind truck. I believed him. Garage tells me later that the 8-mile tow damaged caliper. Of course, Wayne’s did not own up to their mistake. Beware, if any issues arise, don’t expect Wayne’s to take responsibility or hold their driver’s accountable. Bottom-line $ is #1 to these people, not you.

Bruce showed up happily to jump my battery in less then 10 min of my initial call and got me running right away!

Bruce was an absolute hero and saved the day for me. He was patient to come back out after I missed him the first time, and still help me get up and running again. I would highly recommend him and the team at Wayne's!

I think they are fair with their prices (that they give u) when they tow it and take it to the junk.

When I had ran my car up on a curb and had gotten stuck, Bobby and Brian came out with a tow truck and roll back. They are obviously very experienced in what they do as they skillfully worked out a plan to get my car off the curb without causing more damage to the car. A wonderful company to work with! I was re-ended this past week. Brian stayed with me at the crash site until my family was able to pick me up and waited to explain the whole process until they were there. Because of covid, I had to go take pictures of my car to send into my insurance company. Kim did a fantastic job at explaining the process, giving me advice, and even willing to call my insurance company when I had some issues with them. Thank you so much to the entire staff at Wayne's for making this unexpected event a little easier!
