Stopped into Webb Cam with a couple of vintage 35mm SLRs that I had recently come into. Evan checked them both out for me at no cost! Super knowledgeable and professional staff. Highly reccomend.

Webbcam has and always will be superior to all other bigbox retailers. Period. I've been going to Webbcam since my art school days (15+ yrs ago) everything from purchases, rentals, recommendations/advice to repairs. To come in to a business and see a familiar face every single time is something money cannot buy. Small businesses are special as they are necessary because of the kind of relationships they foster over a time period of years and decades. There's a kind of honesty, trust and realness that come from our city's small businesses that cannot be found or replicated elsewhere.

I had a great experience here. Would highly recommend. I traded in some gear and I purchased a new system. It all went smooth.

Brought my film camera in for some very basic questions and they walked me through it and helped me understand how to get started. Super friendly staff!

The most helpful of men work here for the love of God. They helped me resolve a camera issue that wouldve had me jammed. Besides their amazing service they have really good deals here!?

Okay selection of equipment although the customer service is unprofessional and the manager doesn’t seem to care! They also annoy customers by calling repeatedly even if you’re just 1 minute late to pickup a rental, ridiculous. I would feel so rushed and pestered like they could not understand if I’m not exactly on time just to pickup camera gear that I clearly need. I won’t rent from here again!

This is an amazing place. I had an issue with a lens, and they fixed it for free with minimal damage. They're friendly and helpful, and give good advice. Great gear, too! 10/10

The fact that you need a credit card is ridiculous to me… not everyone has credit or credit cards smh

Everyone there was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I took my newbie sister there and John the owner went out of his way to introduce her to film, film cameras, and camera operation. After an hour going over the basics she left with a great beginners film camera for a fantastic price.

John is a pretty great guy. Have been going to Webb Cam throughout the years. They helped me fixed my camera and I also have rented equipment a few times.

John and his staff were extremely professional, sincere and very helpful in resolving my issue in a timely matter. I will definitely be purchasing, and visiting again.the two hour drive was well worth the effort. Highly recommend, and we should all support our local retailers.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Evan helped me for about an hour, patiently answering all my questions and sharing his wealth of knowledge. He explained unfamiliar camera terms in ways that I could grasp, did not rush me, and let me try out various lenses to decide. He was exceptional.

Evan was great at helping me pick a beginner camera and great zoom lens for my upcoming honeymoon!

Yesterday I went into Webb Cam with the intention of buying a lens, but in the back of my head I was prepared to pull the trigger on a new body as well. However Mercury in Retrograde or just my bad luck was proving to make this a way more challenging sale. After many failed attempts made on my card the staff proceeded to be patient and kind, not once did they make me feel like a slack who didn't pay their bill or like I didn't have the funds. Having worked in repair, rental and sales for many years in the past I know how challenging "photo nerds" can be so I appreciate your courteous staff.

I never write reviews but I felt compelled share my experience spending my money at a local business with friendly, knowledgeable & professional staff.

Just want to say thank you, look forward to spending all my money again there in the future.
