Wedding Bug, Southampton PA

We booked our wedding videographer through wedding bug & could not have loved our experience more! The raw video is so special to us, and was can’t wait to see the edited cut. We will forever cherish all the moments captured! Could not recommend more!

I used the photographer Inga, DJ Lawrence, and filmmaker James. Everyone was very professional and worked well together. Nadine helped me navigating through this process. I was so happy with everyone. I would recommend this one stop shopping.

Ian Pokriefka was the warmest person you could ever hope to have your pictures taken by. He is familiar with our venue and was able to show us the best spots for pictures. He calmed me down from becoming a bridezilla at my wedding. Ian reassured us that we were great to work with; he created a comfortable environment where he was able to capture the most tender and genuine moments between my new husband and I. He felt like a long-time friend instead of somebody we just met. We couldn't have been happier going through him and the wedding bug!

Our dj, Jimi C, was absolutely amazing! He kept the party alive throughout the ceremony and reception. He caters to your music preference, and keeps everyone attentive! I was happy to know he was familiar with the venue as well. I was relieved to not have to worry about anything going wrong, he kept up with our schedule better than we did. My husband and I were overwhelmed initially, but were instantly relieved to know Jimi had our large party under control. I would absolutely recommend Jimi to anybody!

Wedding Bug was amazing to work with for our wedding day! We hired a photographer, videographer and DJ and we couldn't have been happier with their services. They are professional and easy to work with. Our Wedding Bug rep was extremely communicative and easy to contact for any of our needs. They made our special day even more special with their services. I spent thousands of dollars for the worst pictures I've ever seen in my life. A toddler could have done a better job with a toy camera. There were less than 10 salvageable photos out of 1400. They are the WORST company. Absolutely do not use them.

Our wedding was 2 weeks ago and we were very pleased with our photographer, Gilbert L.and our videographer, Dave A. Both of them were very kind and did an amazing job capturing the day. Communication leading up to wedding day and day off was great. Gilbert even helped bustle my dress which I thought was so kind! For the company itself, I liked the packages offered and how you could set up a payment plan. We also got pictures back SO fast, pretty sure it was the next day. And the video was shipped quick too.

We used Wedding Bug to book our wedding photographer and could not be more pleased! The process was well organized, pricing in-line with expectations, and most importantly, our photographer was great! Booking was easy, and Wedding Bug provides a checklist to ensure you get everything completed prior to the wedding, including regular check-ins with our photographer. Our photographer was wonderful, very personable, open to our preferences/recommendations, and took great photos! Overall we were very happy with the service and quality of Wedding Bug.

Disappointing experience: the DJ was pretty good, but the photographer was absolutely not worth the money, so pick your services wisely. In hindsight, booking a service that picks your photographer *for you* was not the best idea.

Their photographer Rahimi was unresponsive until the week of the wedding, butchered our photos, and failed to return all photos. The shots are crooked, terribly washed out, and off-center. I have phone footage from a friend that turned out leagues better. We required help from customer service to retrieve several important shots that were not initially uploaded. If you are in the northern Indiana/Notre Dame area, please go with someone local.

On the other hand, our DJ, Angel, was great. He was easy to contact from day 1, took all our genre tastes into account, and perfectly blended a mix that brought literally every guest out on the dance floor. We heard guests rave for days after about how fun the reception was.

I’m so glad I went with Wedding Bug. My photographer mark was amazing! So talented, friendly, and accommodating. He really captured some amazing moments. I was nervous at first since, it was my first wedding and never heard of Wedding Bug before, but I don’t regret it one bit! They did everything they said they would and they made our day so special. Thank you so much!

We used Wedding Bug for our videography because it was the only place that allowed me to have the raw footage of our wedding AND the original files for an affordable price. I have worked as a news videographer, so I wanted to edit our wedding video myself and have access to all the memories from the day. I think we made a great choice and ended up with really nice videographers! I appreciated how much they were willing to just capture the day as it was, and not treat it like a music video or a movie because we did not have the time for that. It was much more important for me to enjoy that day with family and friends than to make a movie. I just wanted the memories as they were. We were very fortunate to get videographers that also managed to capture the wedding in an artistic way, so later we can use the footage to make a more cinematic video. I also appreciated how easy the booking process was and how helpful the sales team was throughout the process.

Honestly, disappointed. Yes, the price was good and the videographer was awesome. But the photographer was a let down! It's something I avoid thinking about because I am so disappointed in his quality of work. The photos came back grainy and when he edited them, they were way over saturated that I decided to just edit the photos on my phone. My biggest wedding regret was going with Wedding Bug and I wish I had paid more for someone with better work. None of my photos turned out like the examples on their website. He didn't prompt or anything and I am so so sad.

I used Wedding Bug for our September wedding for videography. It was a very professional AND affordable option for wedding video. Jeremy was awesome to work with! The raw footage is so wonderful to have, he captured such fun and memorable moments.we had a photographer, not through Wedding Bug, but Jeremy and her worked well together, which was reassuring.

My wife had booked a session for both the wedding and and the engagement shoot, paid the deposit etc. She was assigned a photographer, and she had reached out to him to confirm both date and time. Upon arriving at the location, we waited 15 minutes before she sent a text to find out where he was. No answer. She then called and it went right to voicemail.
I then called the corporate office and we were informed that NOTHING was on the books.
Frank (the manager on duty that I spoke with) then wanted us to either reschedule, or shoot later in the day
Sorry, BUT NO!

We had a HMU at our house at 6: 15 ($180), time scheduled off from work ($280), sitter ($100) not to mention the distance we were to drive. So with that being said, I highly suggest you do NOT hire this company for any of your needs.

We will be expecting a full refund for all monies paid in. If we do not see an email stating that it's being paid back, I will pursue legal action based on breach of contract including all attorney and court costs.
Failure to communicate with your contracted photographers on scheduling is not our problem, that is yours.

We had Ali as the videographer for our Chicago wedding and cannot recommend him enough! Our video came out with stunning movie quality and is more beautiful than I ever expected.

Ali was so professional, coordinating with our photographers to be sure everyone could capture what they needed, but did so in a great way without being intrusive to the events of the day - he managed to capture every moment perfectly without us even noticing! On top of his amazing craftsmanship, he was so nice and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend specifically requesting him as your videographer for any wedding needs in Chicago!

What a BEAUTIFUL job they did with our video! We had an 8-minute edited video and it is gorgeous. Takes us back to that day 6 years ago!

Stellar! Perfect! Amazing! These are just a few comments from our guests. I agree as the bride. Elise, the photographer, not only captured the perfect moments, she did it with grace. Fred, the DJ, read the vibe and played songs he intuitively surmised they'd love and would dance to AND every phase of the ceremony was done 100% correct. Darrell, the filmmaker had wonderful suggestions to produce an emotionally moving and beautiful video. I will use Wedding Bug again!
