I was goin to the one on broad and Rockland and they closed. No new therapist or meds doc. They didn't call me or anything. Sent last year

I feel so betrayed and so concerned for this place, All I wanted was to go back to therapy so I can continue on doing the things I love and not have to worry about my past. But apparently the people behind the phones not only give me the same negative energy like in my office, but they also continue onwards of pretending and faking A really miss kabobulated mask on their faces.

I am actually unhappy about the service I received at the Wedge, located on broad street. I lost my psychiatrist at the Wedge and no one reassigned my case to a new psychiatrist. I also emailed my therapist but was not helped with receiving psychiatric services. It is unfortunate because my medication is connected to services.

Came here in crisis in September. Was given an appointment for end of November. Was then stood up by the dr and no one contacted me until 5 and a half hours later to reschedule. No explanation no apology. Dont go here if you’re desperate. Please if youre in crisis DO NOT GO HERE!

UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF CONFUSED ABOUT APPOINTMENTS SO IF YOU GO HERE FOR COURT OR PROBATION YOU MIGHT GET LIED ON THEY MIGHT SAY THAT YOUR A NO SHOWV OR WORSE END UP IN JAIL

This place is not good at all my daughter been waiting for four months just to see a therapist they said the waiting list is long and a lot of therapist left but instead of communicating it with you you have to keep on calling them every week just for the staff to tell you nothing

The Wedge facility located at Broad & Rockland has the worse staff members I ever encountered. Upon meeting the psychiatrist of Asian decent. He was very judgemental. He spoke about irrelevant topics and said to me "The reason why the facility doesn't write prescriptions for any narcotics is because it always find its way to the black market". He was very unprofessional. He doesn't listen to you and he very lazy and obnoxious. He added to my anxiety by making this statement. I feel like I was prejudged before completing the second. He constantly cut me off while I was expressing to him about my situation. I will not recommended the facility to anyone.

This place is a joke. Do not even waste your time. Never received a call back about a psychiatric appointment after spending hours at their facility answering screening questions. It's been MONTHS. They're obviously disorganized. Some of the workers are nice but the front desk ladies were dismissive and the environment overall just did not feel safe. Please just go somewhere else.

They are very rude don’t call back as they should not understanding an people be in crisis an they will leave them with out medication for weeks at a time they shouldn’t be handle people medical needs this is scary

I love this place. It is so close and convenient to see a doctor and therapist. They are so patient and understanding here. The reception here is good and they always take my calls. Plus the therapist is so nice to deal with. I highly recommend The Wedge.
