Very unprofessional and rude property manager. Was late in meeting me for my scheduled tour, helped a walk in individual prior to my scheduled tour, I was told to wait in my car, accused me of wanting to invade her personal space when I just asked to sit at the table with her to answer the personal questions she was asking me, very impersonal and loud. Living space is so small, even for a two bedroom. Definitely not worth all the money they were asking for. Don’t waste your time.

Living here has been and interesting experience, I have had some good times and not so good times with my neighbors. Now being a home owner I feel I made the right choice moving here. Everything went well on my toilet repair and it's no longer running.

Cheyenne was great with helping us with the application, she is a really nice person and can’t wait to move into our new place.

New maintenance very hard working gets things done deserves 10 stars if you ask me love new maintenance very perfessional and polite.

Run. Don't even consider this as an option. How they are still allowed to be a business is beyond me. The biggest scam in real estate you will ever see. They'll milk every dollar that they legally can and then some and prey on the lower middle class knowing none of their residents have the resources to take them to court and hold them accountable. I could write a book on all the bad experiences we had but they're not even worth the time I'm using to write this. All I can say is RUN!

Wedge wood hills is a great place to live and a peaceful area. Cheyenne Johnson is a great property manager very caring and she is BEAUTIFUL.

The community is a great place to live, very clean and quiet. I loved my time here until the very end when mice started invading my living space. I CAUGHT 10 mice between 3/11/22 and 5/16/22.the only reason I stopped catching them was because I stopped putting traps down. Maintenance picked up 1 mouse, the other 9 I had to pay someone to come pick up. Rent is feasible until you see the water bill gas charge an unexplained service fee, and high light bill regardless of the season. Office staff is very friendly though. My advice on moving here: Have A Cat!

Cheyenne and the staff at Wedgewood Hills are great. I just moved in and everything was amazing.

It's a good complex, I liked the apartment AND the cost the day I got a tour. I've recommened a couple friends, I take my niece to the park, neighbors aren't bothering you, always good parking.

Just want to say thank you so much Cheyenne! You’re so kind and peaceful. I love the way you treat people. So different like The old manager Bonnie she doesn’t have any empathy and doesn’t know how to treat people. CHEYENNE YOU’RE THE BEST!

Guarentee they keep your security deposit for their own problems, as well as a MAJOR Blackmold problem in their basements that is spilling into apartments and they said it was smoke damage.and charged me.they also have dirty people living there, some with cockroaches.

A great place to live! Staff is friendly and work hard to make your living experience the best you've every had. The neighborhood is kept clean, and it's very peaceful! Neighbors are friendly, which is a huge plus for me!

This place was a nightmare. The property manager (Bonnie) was rude and talked down to you and talked over you for everything. I left for the apartment for over a month (both me an my room mate) and still received a water bill for over 60$ - leading me to believe they split the water bills between the whole building. The neighbors would have tv volume wars so very thin walls. Wedgewood offered renters insurance but gave the option to get your own. After having my insurance (Statefarm) include all the tracking information requested through the complex and one property manager accepting it (Kaci), another property manager (Bonnie) then told me it was unusable - resulting in 3 months of double renters insurance payments. There is a $100 carpet cleaning fee and a monthly $5. XX service fee that is not mentioned.
This area is also a part of 2 school districts. After living there for about 2 weeks I received a tax paper for 350$ - be aware of this is you are unsure of the location.
We were told to keep the ac/heating units running all the time to prevent mold growth. Even after 2 months of living there with the units running constantly mold was growing. The window ac/heating units are very loud. You have to scream at each other while sitting right next to each other.
Coming from out of state - the electric bill was high. The transmission fees and generation fees were more than the electric cost itself.
I do not recommend.

Stay away. I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone. They clearly only care about their money and do not keep theirs tenants best interest in mind. Bonnie will literally make things more difficult for you and has a very nasty attitude. You’ve been warned.

Leasing staff is very helpful and apartments are the perfect size (especially if you're a single young man) ; had to leave because of a new job and not due to dissatisfaction with the apartment.

Bonnie always had a clear explanation to how things will operate and was ALWAYS there to take my call during open hours.

The maintenance staff is incredibly helpful, patient, and made me crack up quite a bit with some appropriate humor and making me feel welcome.

Would highly recommend if you're considering moving into the Harrisburg area.
