Weis Markets, State College PA

A very nice associate went into the back to find hydrogen peroxide for me because the shelf was empty. I needed a lot of it to care for an injured calf on the farm. I regret not getting his name, but I appreciate him so much!

Great sales and specials. Most employees are very friendly and helpful. Love the convenient post office located right inside. Wish they carried a more extensive selection of organic produce

Friendly and accommodating personnel whom take pride in their work that are happy to help. Their prices seem to consistently be lower than Giant, Wegmans & Walmart.

This is a very nice Weis store. Clean, nice staff and a different variety of groceries. My only complaint is that over other grocery stores Weis is just a bit more pricey than what I like to spend on the regular food necessities.

It was unsatisfactory: the bakery staff at a store called "Weis" shouldn't treat me like I'm crazy for asking for challah bread.

Unfortunately the cashier was rude and through our stuff on floor. Packed 3 jars of sauce in one bag. I had to double bag. Felt like we were a bother

Nice, nice, NICE, and VERY friendly employees in this store. Best grocery store in the area. All employees talk to you, say hello, and are interested in helping you. It just gives you a good feeling while doing something as mendane as grocery shopping!

Good grocery store, but some selection can be limited. Wish they carried Cheer and Boarshead meat.

Good prices, quality fresh produce. Store recently renovated and not crowded. Wine and beer isle is great addition to this store!

Was on a weekend trip this store was close, and open early. So i went it was well stocked, and easy to navigate. I have not shopped at a Weis Market in years and this store made me feel pleasantly welcomed back. Thank you for having a clean welcoming store ill be checking my local Weis more often.

I debated between 3 and 4 stars for this review. The produce was so unimpressive! The things that save the store are the beer and wine section and the international food section. I will go here for shopping, but hit up the farmers market for all my produce needs.

I love rice pudding and this is the only place I can get it. Also, I needed gift cards for different places and they had a large selection

Was at the Weis market on 7/7/19@640pm, only 1 checkout open, the cashier was rude & nasty to us

Was not the best place to be. Weis is trying to compete with the new giant coming in and the place is very difficult to navigate. It seems the store employees are also difficult to navigate. I've been shopping here for 20 years never have I seen it so disrupted.

Easy in and out experience.we were buying ferns and they looked great. The cashier was very friendly

I only come here if I truly need something as weis in South Atherton and on easterly parkway are known for making their employees work off the clock and I don’t want to support such business.

When I went in to purchase lettuce about 4/1/19 all the leaf lettuce was wilted sufficient for the compost bin. I asked a clerk for lettuce and he went back and came out with one (1) nice head of non-wilted leaf lettuce. He did not care enough about customers to restock the shelves.
That original lettuce should have been removed from the shelves hours ago. I am looking forward to Giant moving to Hills plaza!

The only grocery store we have in the area. I do not find in this store crema de leche by nestle.
