Weis Markets, Harrisburg PA

If your looking for a birthday cake do not rely on them for your need. I ordered a cake for my son's 16th birthday and ordered whipped topping. As someone that decorates cakes for a living they should know the whipped topping lightens the color so choose a color that would be safe for your border. Well instead they decided to try red. Not much surprise they got pink. Now my son's cake is ruined can't be fixed. I had to go to giants a pick one out that wasn't a Steelers cake cuz you need 24 hours notice. But they put Steelers rings to try to help. Save yourself the stress and learn from my experience.

Very clean but one thing is wrong the Lottery machines have to moved back to the side of customers service center The other day I got hit in the back someone stopped to get tickets and I stop and got a cart in my back

The store is nice and clean with well stocked shelves, however the checkout person was so unfriendly I will be uncomfortable making a return visit.

Amazing pharmacy and amazing staff and warm and welcoming less clutter as most Weis stores and clean

I like Walmart pricing but Weis always has a better variety and they're not constantly out of stock like Walmart seems to be ever since the pandemic started.

Weis never has enough cashiers, and the people working the customer service desk are busy goofing off or doing nothing. Prices are high. They don't have hot chicken at dinner time half the time.

It's ok a certain cashier there an older lady has a terrible attitude everything I go so I make sure to avoid her

Weis is always a great place to go run and grab.or for a browsing stroll. Never know what great price in just what you need is just in the next aisle. Helpful people. Clean store. Stock people that know where it is and have fun when you dance around each other with carts and baskets. Always a nice pop and stop!

After a long bout with Covid 19 Weis Market reopened their Deli cold cut section where they slice meats & cheese. An elderly clerk behind the counter screamed at me get behind the line. There was some blue tape on the floor, NO SIGN ON DISPLAY. SO HOLD YOUR HEAD DOWN & LOOK AT THE FLOOR IN THIS STORE.

Produce section is always lacking in this store, I've seen mold on berries and veggies that are past their expiration life.

Its a good supermarket if you have a Weis membership. Other than that everything is overly expensive. I give it three stars. But for the customer service I give it four. They have great customer service.

Weis in Harrisburg (both locations) is terrible compared to their locations in other areas. Their produce never looks very good, the stores are dirty, selection is half of nearby competitors. Better off going to giant!

Customer service is subpar. It is very apparent that the employees who work at this location are not trained on customer service or customer service is not something that is enforced. I would highly recommend the Giant one minute up the road.

Love Weis. Except the one cashier Jessica does nothing but talk. We literally spent 30-40 minutes in her line because she wanted to tell us her whole life story. I just wanted to go the hell home.

This has some great things, but entirely to expensive for the middle class people. I wouldn't recommend this place because of the high prices

Sometimes they have good deals. Some things are over priced. The produce section is really nice.

I love shopping here because the employees are very helpful and friendly. The prices are great.

Wanna avoid being in the supermarket forever when you only came for one thing.weis is a good choice to avoid alot of traffic they run smooth lol

When I first came to the New Cumberland Store, it was a 5 star store. Now I won't step foot in the store ever again unless you can put Cooper Orange cheese. I litterally drove 40 mile both ways to shop in that store itself but no longer I am boycotting Weis Markets.
