Do not believe the times from Google about the store on Lincoln Highway East. I work there and they are always getting it wrong. The Service Desk is supposed to be every day 10am to 6pm. Depending on the day it can close from 2: 30pm all the way to 6pm. Some days we don't open at all depending on if anyone's available. We have a couple people at the moment. We are doing are the best we can to help customers. Please be patient. Thanks for understanding.

This location always seems to have fully stocked shelves and appears to be clean and well-kept throughout the store. The biggest downside to this location is the racial profiling when utilizing the self-checkout. On numerous occasions, I had been close to being harassed by the elderly woman manager that operates the self-checkout lines. It seems to only be an issue when it comes to the black and brown customers in line while checking out. This has happened to me and others on several occasions so I don't believe this is an isolated incident.

Convenient location, good value for $$$ a little hidden and inflated value products in your face. Little time looking and voila, found what I needed.

I work here, produce to be exact. Overall friendly staff. Always willing to help out just ask an associate and we’ll help the best we can. Friday, Saturday, Sunday is when we have our weekend sales!

I wasn't to happy with today's trip. When checking out@the self checkout, I didn't see the sign that said card only. When I tried to pay with cash, it wouldn't accept it. The gal at the front came over and told me it was card only. She closed out my sale handed me the receipt and rudely told me that I need to learn to read the signs. I apologized and explained that I didn't see the sign as it was posted on the front of the register but at hip level. She then told me (quite rudely) that next time I need to open my eyes and pay better attention. I had my 6 year old granddaughter with me wo asked why the lady was being so mean to me. The gal told my granddaughter that if her grandmother could read then it wouldn't have happened. Needless to say, I left my groceries there and drove to Giant. I

WORSE WEIS EVERRRR! Every time I come here there’s no one ever working customer service desk. While the managers are just standing around watching people making sure they don’t steal why not go help out.

The staff is always pleasant and and helpful every time I go in and never have any problems

By 11: 30 am I expect shelves to be ready. Instead every aisle has stuff in front of what I want bc employees are stocking.

Senior Tuesdays have saved us a lot and the store is clean and organized. Jan is a SUPER checker.

Customer service is always usually pretty decent. They had what I was looking for on this particular visit (got a mason jar bar set with a bar shaker for drinks with the wife)

Anyway solid recommend for product and support.

The store is chaotic. I really don't like the store as it is very disorganized and not what I'm use to when it comes to Weiss

Don’t order online. 9/10 times no one answers the phone for you to pick up your order so you end up having to go inside. Items are missing from the order stating they’re not available but you can go in the store and get those items lol. I understand I may be being a bit petty - but the service offered is not the greatest. Customer experience not so great with this service. Aside from that, customer service is great here.

Went to cash in my savings in coins just afternoon, took my slip up to the desk and it was closed, manager said he couldn't give any cash that day, so now I am out my 400 dollars and all I got was a paper slip that says only good for today, thanks weis, I will never come here again

I’m writing this because I was just here and my experience was horrid. I lost my wallet and it was “returned” with all my $105 missing out of it. The customer service worker there at the time had many inconsistencies in her story. They were no help and all they said they could do is tell us to call the police. She couldn’t tell us what the person looked like or if it was male, female, kid. And before you leave your sappy response telling me to call your customer service representatives, I won't. Your people there have been nothing but no help. I will NEVER be returning to here.
