Weis Markets, Lancaster PA

I shop at Weis basically once a week, sometimes more. I have few complaints. Their prices are reasonable, the staff does it's best to be helpful. Tbe only complaint I have is that their self-checkout machines can be annoying.

For the last 3 visits, I have been disgusted by the numbers of employees and customers who do not wear masks or wear them properly. Clearly, a mask hanging around one's neck does nothing to prevent COVID-19!

I spoke with someone at customer service and was told masks were required, but the store can't enforce the rule with customers. Yes, you can! "No shirt No shoes No mask = No service! " What is so hard about that?

My family will give this store one more chance. Then, we will find another grocery store in which to spend the hundreds of dollars we spend every month on food.

Price gougers but at least they're flexible with returns. They ought to be for how much they charge.

Reasonable pricing in stock most of the time However need more cashier's too keep moving the lines and the customer happy!

Hard to find what your looking for. The staff is nice though, never long lines at self check out.

They have a good selection of items, the employees are nice, and it's pretty clean. I usually stop in here if I am just in need of a few items but I don't typically buy produce from here. The fruits and veggies just aren't as fresh as they are in other nearby stores.

What can I tell you about Weis? That you dont already know? Oh wait.their fresh baked bread is great!

Produce looking wilted and about to mold and expire. Long lines few open registers long check out. Good for money orders and processed food deals. Good to earn gas points at inconvenient far gas stations. Willow street location much nicer than this one. Prices a bit expensive.

I have come to realize they have great meat prices. They were having a three day sale we spent 200.00 and save 100.00

I went to buy some sleeping-aid medication from them, and they had closed the isle completely down- while the store was still opened. The security guard didn’t help by yelling at me. Very disappointed.

Not enough people working. Fruits are always bad, especially strawberries! Self check out is always down.

Good price, fresh products, fruits, vegetables, meats, fish and different seafood.
And very good customer service and attention!

Very nice store and employees are very curious and helpful. I go there often and I like this we is.

Easter morning saw 12 people waiting for 4 self checkout stations needing a managers assistance for literally 15 minutes. The assistant manager ended up coming because there were no employees around. Very aloof staff who don't seem to care about more than a paycheck. Never coming here again.

Close to home, nice varieties of foods that interest me. Parking, points/discount for gas purchase, pharmacy and most people at check out are cordial. Although some pack with mixed product, i.e. Cans and fruit. Some cashiers make bags extra heavy.

Excellent 24-hour store. My only complaint is that in the evening all operations seem to be geared toward using the automated checkout. Which is super annoying when you're just ending your work shift and then have to work extra just to run the groceries to the car.

The customer service boy. Rips you off when you buy lottery tickets! Then tells you to get out of the store when you discover and confront him! I guess he is trying to beat the powerball game? The asst manager took the drawer off and counted it also and saw it was over! Refunded all but one dollar back! This occured at manor shopping center weis! Spanish looking guy at customer service area! BEWARE!

What store doesn't expect money. Won't ever come back to this store! They need new workers too.

Regular entry doors are close, is like a laverint to come out.no cashier's, just the automated cashier. It's outdated, don't function as well as other places I been.

Wonderful place to shop! Great prices, love that they double coupons and mail/e-mail coupons for products you usually buy. The gas point are a perk and love that you can use them to save more on your grocery bill. Would recommend Weis Market to all friends and family.
