Why are you brow beating people? I get what she did by not showing when she said was pissy. But you know she isnt signing up for boot camp either. As a nurse- aware of need for rigidity. I would never be like demanding answers “why did you eat that steak? You aren’t answer the question. Why aren’t you answering the question? ”She not even there yet. I think i know why you are the only place in PA with an open bed. Thankfully we were able to find someplace else since you quit answering the professional phone on the same weekend she was try to admit on. Maybe you are just the hired phone answerer. Idk.
Its definitely not the right place for a woman who has been abused for sure. Thanks for your help.

Wellness Recovery was the best rehab for me. They helped me not only with my recovery but my mental health as well. The staff was always helpful and made sure everything went as smooth as possible for me. I’m very thankful to this place and highly recommend it to people looking for a good rehab!

As a person who was detoxing at this facility I must say the general environment was "homie" which made it a little more comfortable to recover, the food was actually not that bad at all and they did a great job at keeping the fridge stocked and available at any time. 90% of the staff was really awesome, caring and comforting so in that regard they were pretty legit. As for the other 10% of the staff (which I will leave unnamed) were SO unprofessional it was sickening, from openly talking trash, mocking and making fun of "the boss", other staff members and literally EVERY person that was utilizing the facility, openly judging peoples undergarments and clothing as they did the occupants laundry, the nonstop gossiping and just downright disrespect for everyone within the facility including the people from Fayette county drug and alcohol that came to do an inspection (which they surprisingly got positive feedback from those people, so I didn't understand the need for those employees to instantly start talking trash about them as soon as they left). I witnessed an individual get kicked out of the facility during a group meeting when a staff member asked for suggestions (from the group) as to what the group would benefit from, the individual simply suggested NA meetings for group sessions. Apparently that was grounds for dismissal. Beyond that, the facility itself is so unsanitary and disgusting, even the staff were openly talking about bed bugs and roaches within the facility. The cleaning schedule for the bathroom for the month of April (it was May when I was there) was still posted on the bathroom door and was literally not filled out a single day, and quite honestly, it showed! Absolutely foul! If they got rid of the few disrespectful staff members and kept the place clean I believe this facility would be great! But considering those issues I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Also, stop trying to cram Suboxone down everyone's throat. Comfort meds being withheld to force Suboxone is absolutely ridiculous. And shutting the door on someone in Precipitated withdrawal because of Suboxone and not checking on them for 12 hours, is insane! I thought I was going to die in there, and they would have never even noticed. I yelled for help and tried pounding on the wall to get someone's attention between uncontrollable vomiting, but unfortunately the staff was too busy gossiping to assist.

The worst place they didn't send my man home with all his medications. The nurse by the name of Tiffany is the worst, she's so rude!
