Wells Fargo Bank, Philadelphia PA

Ashley is absolutely miserable, horrible customer service. Does not even acknowledge you when you say hello. I will not be using this Wells Fargo location anymore.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! The Manager was extremely rude. Would not give me the money from my late fathers account even though I have a legal beneficiary paper signed. I finally got it after months because I went to district manager. Nothing but hassels and lies. Its a shame a person has to go through this as they are making funeral arrangements for a loved one. Also she said there was no record of me on account when we were just there the month before. Horrible horrible bank. As she kept saying" unfortunately.

Recently I had a problem with my bank account. I visited the Wells Fargo Northeast branch at 9101 Roosevelt Boulevard. I want to say a personal thank you to the banker Mr. Ricky T. He is very professional, instantly understood my problem, and resolved it to my complete satisfaction for one visit. Wells Fargo should be proud of such staff. Thank you.

Amazing customer service by Ashley; she seemed very busy but she greeted me and apologized for the wait and had a genuine conversation and even informed me about making mobile deposits if waiting in line was something I didn’t want or need to do. Very knowledgeable

My dad is close to 100 years old. We needed to get some bank documents signed and notarized. We made an appointment for a specific time noting his age and inability to sit and wait. We arrived before the appointed time and were repeated told that they'd be with us in a minute or two. After an HOUR AND A HALF we walked out. This was stressful on my dad and more than disappointing for me.

Assistant Manager debbie rivas refuses to follow bank procedures on a possible per accent basis. Complaint filed, hope she gets out of that branch asap for the sake of all WF customers.

I went there couple month ago to resolve a problem, a manager (who was old lady and very skeptical) didn't help, said that it was my fault, i wanted to close an account.then went to a branch around Franklin mills mall, the guy resolved everything.

Well I don't have any complaints about the ATM but the people inside can be a douchebag. Especially the lady who stands over the bank tellers like a vulture. Give them some room to do their work if they got the job give them some Trust.
