6Wells Fargo sold my mortgage back in 2022 to another bank, which is fine, but never sent me the proper 1098 tax form. Getting them to send this information to me has been a complete circus and unfortunately preventing me from finalizing my taxes. It should be much easier then this
Horrible customer service. Why should I have to show 2 forms of ID to withdraw $200 out of my checking account when I have my checking account number and a valid unexpired PA driver's license?
I've been a loyal Wells Fargo banker for many years and typically have great service. However, this branch doesn't only lack customer service, but also lacks the ability to problem solve. They refused to deposit a check. When I asked what the issue was and explained that I have made the same deposit before, they still refused, citing that it was not a business account. I drove two miles down the street to another branch and was welcomed warmly and had no issue depositing the same check.
I left a review recently, complaining about the Wells Fargo bank in Haverford because their outside ATM was out-of-service. This morning I received a phone call from the bank, explaining that they have to shut it down whenever it is running low on cash. Not only does this make sense, it was the first time someone figured out who I was and phoned to explain! This made an impression, and I volunteered to write a fresh review.
This company was closed through 90% of covid and decided suddenly to reopen and tow all the cars that were parking in their lot, which had no customers in it up until that point. Must be nice for $250 to be nothing to you.

This branch put an extended hold on a deposit we made for the most trivial reason. They are unethical and unprofessional. I tried calling them to discuss this matter and it took 20 mins to get thru then after explaining how and why I needed a manager I waited another 36 mins until I finally hung up. They do NOT value you as a customer, and as a whole this branch is complete trash. Every other branch at least answers the phone, this one is like beating a dead horse. And good luck getting someone on the phone who can tell you who their district manager is. So I will just file a formal complaint on them and let them work it out. But they are only out to make your life miserable, I guess the $9 a hour they make doesn't keep them sensitive to the lower income folks - only people who get respect and fair treatment is the ones that even they themselves are not, the wealthy.
