It’s a big bank but no one helps and make you wait long time. I would rather bank with local bank.

People use a Bank that don’t charge a $10 monthly fee and $35.00 dollar overdraft fee, which is more then what there stock cost. The financial system is designed to make people have bank accounts so Banks like Wells Fargo take advantage of it!

Horrible location. They never answer the phone. Can not make an appointment online. We have 16 business accounts at Wells Fargo and I think it is time to switch. It is very difficult to run a business with the level of NON customer service that they have.

This branch is terrible.i am doing business with this bank from last 6 years. They were use to offer good services but now keep getting worst with every passing day. I am waiting to open new business account from last 4 weeks, they keep canceling my appointment at last moment. I have to make transactions for my business from personal account. Time to move all business with new financial institution.

This particular Wells Fargo is horrible, had to go elsewhere to get money out of atm, because almost every weekend their atm is empty, so they ever fill it? But if you go somewhere else then they get you with a fee. Switched to PSECU, much better bank, as soon as I get all my auto pay stuff taken care of, plan on closing Wells Fargo

Terrible service. Beyond slow. Simple deposit turned into waiting online for over a half hour. Im late for work now. Thank you

I tried to make a few deposits, had all the money there and counted and they said $200 was missing. Where did it go to? They told me I never gave them the correct amount of money and I check it multiple times. They made $200 disappear from my deposit.

I love WF & other locations run excellently. This location, however, is the slowest bank service I have ever experienced! 15 minutes at the teller (who IS a Manager!) to cash a quick & easy check, after waiting about 20 minutes behind 2 vehicles. Awful.

I Absolutely Love E Park Drive Wells Fargo Branch The First Issue I Had With Out Of NetWork Fees And NCF Fees Totaling Over $150.00 Was Reversed By Branch Manager And I Was Given Short But Informative Lecture About Using ATM’s In NetWork. I’ve Also Experienced The Service At The Harrisburg East Mall Branch
They Were Lazy Rude UnInformative Horrible Customer Service Especially From The Branch Manager. Her Service Was So Awful I Demanded To Close Out My Account Immediately. Go Figure. She Couldn’t Comply With That Request Either Unless I Made An Appointment. I Thought Of My Main Branch And Decided To Keep My Account.

My mother in law was in line before 12 on Saturday. They close at 12. One of their employees shut the door in her face without even saying anything. Another customer knocked on the door and that’s when they said sorry we are closing. But it was before 12! So they closed the doors early because they wanted to get out at 12. Well that’s not how it works! You close the doors at 12.not before so you can get out at 12. That was their excuse.so unprofessional! And then when she asked for a manager they refused to bring one out. And they said well you can use the atm. But she can’t because she doesn’t have an account with them. Her landlord does and she deposits the money for rent. So now her rent is going to be late!
