9We had an appointment at 3pm for one hour but I have reached there 3.20 unfortunately. They didn’t accept the appointment. Employees were so rude and I had to reschedule to other branch.
Drove there to deposit cash via the ATM only for deposits to be unavailable. Good thing gas is cheap?
I tried cashing out some money the guy wanted my I.d and debit card than he started to proceed in back of me putting the numbers in the back I said no and left. Very sketchy way of retrieving money. Very disappointed.
The tellers are very rude and unprofessional specially the Latino little boy in the morning shift. Will never visit again. The one in carlisle has a professional tellers.
We were unknowingly misinformed by another branch that something that we needed done could be done fast and easy by a teller when this actually needed done by someone else due to needing several signatures. After first being told we needed to make an appointment, the branch manager overheard and stated if we were patient she could help us with what we needed. We were very appreciative that Heather took the time to help us and provided excellent service!
Recently the service became very bad, the banker and the manager can’t offer the simplest services and make it complicated. I was trying to open a saving account for my daughter and they couldn’t, then they gave me a number of the customer service and said call them to check why we can not open it when I called the customer service, they said only in the branch can know the reason. I went again to the branch with no respond and asked me to call the customer service again.
They are sooooo slow here. Waited in the drive through line for over 15 mins with one car In front of me. Ridiculous
Why is it easier to send money to my mother-in-law using a grocery store then it is to use Wells Fargo. Tell me how that makes any sense at all.
This location, in my opinion, is the worst I've ever been to on the East coast. Terrible experiences, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. It seems their willingness to help is based upon how much money they perceive you to have. It's unfortunate that due to my experiences at this location, after 20 years, I've closed my accounts.
