*This review pertains to the company not it’s employees at this branch, they are wonderful! * Unfortunately after being a customer for Wells Fargo for years I’m closing both of my accounts. I had unauthorized changes made to my account and began being charged a monthly service fee. When I originally made the account I was told that the fee would be waived because I met certain requirements. Those requirements changed without my knowledge or consent and I was no longer eligible for the fee to be waived. Upon calling customer service they told me because I’m 25 that’s why I was being charged however I have been 25 for 5 months and was never charged until this month. I insisted that I knew my what the terms for my account are as I pay attention to detail and I know that they changed.

Horrible horrible horrible! If I could give less than 1 star I would. The male manager is the rudest and less helpful manager ever. Talked to me from across the room not privately at a desk so rude and unprofessional. I walked out. Do NOT go to this branch. Use the one at Bustleton and Steeet Rd. They are very nice and professional there. Take the time to answer all questions amd treat you like you matter. Please know it is my money not yours and I can take my business anywhere!

A lovely lil’ local strip of shoppes and services anchored by a brick and mortar bank branch that has changed names more times than I can coun and ACME, a hometown hero market. For a squat retail strip carved out of the Neshaminy Creek farms and hillsides in the early 1970s and before The Kroman klan belched out countless tasteless tan townhouses, the Village Center management has done a fine job maintaining this galleria. Kudos! For so many younger plazas quickly have shown their cracks and become the bane of too many in the community.

This ‘Center’s’ got: a dry cleaners, pet shop, Diana’s pizza joint, the beer distributor, Chinese, a cafe (that no one patronizes) and a Hallmark (Susan’s) - what more could you desire? I know! A parking lot that is not a death trap and for Carvel Ice Cream and DAN-EL Sporting Goods to resurrect like Christ and reopen! Now that nostalgic throwback would be amazeballs!
