Wells Fargo Bank, Pottstown PA

I called to speak to the Branch Manager in Pottstown E High Street Branch and was told the Manager was not going to call me back. That the teller would handle the situation. The teller Jared told me that he understands my problem and that if you want to remove your money and go to another bank I should do that because I probably will not get a call back from the manager. The teller actually agreed with my concerns.

Horrible customer service by some staff and okay customer service by others. Poor parking access to the actual parking area. Over the years they keep making modifications to make it more and more inconvenient to actually get to the bank. Make appointments here and tell them exactly what you need to have done the tell you some of the steps but not all of the steps and then when you come for your appointment it ends up being a complete waste of time because not only do they not take you in a timely fashion they also don't have the needed information so you have to start over anyway and come in on a whole complete different day because their customer service is horrible

I know the employees there very well. They are very helpful and friendly

A woman with grey hair and an accent was very rude, she should not be in customer service, keep her in the vault
