I have been a customer for many decades. I am glad that Will purchased the business from Mike when Mike retired. Will has always been helpful and knowledgeable. Better quality, selection and service than any big box store.

If you are a homeowner and need heating and plumbing or have questions, don't bother going here. They are horrible and condescending unless you are a contractor.

Great service at a great price. Will, the owner, is knowledgeable and a great asset to the community. I often drive the extra distance to go to this store. I arrive with a problem or a question and leave with a solution. Thanks

Having been a plumbing and heating proffessional for 40 years.not all problems can be addressed behind a sales counter. Eyes on the problem can be the only way. If the sales person refers you to a contractor, it is truly the only way. Any proffessional in any field would (should) no the difference. This business owner has proven himself for 23 years. His attitude is always out of respect for the customer. One bad review, which is obviously out of line should be ignored. A+

I'm terrible at household projects and fixing things but sometimes I still seem to forgo calling a plumber and take matters into my own hands. Will has been incredibly helpful at giving me the right advice and direction to make sure I don't booger things up worse than they were! This is a great small, town shop with all the stuff you need to keep things working.
